Clean modern hotel. No complaints about the quality of the service. This was the first hotel we visited in India, and some of the subsequent hotels had the benefit of a policy of 'no tipping' whereby you just leave a tip at the end of the stay in a 'gratuity box' rather than to each bellhop etc.

Though the breakfast and food quality was Good the room upkeep was poor. Water was leaking from the taps and there was no control of hot and cold water(If it was there it was not displayed or explained). The staff was well behaved and well mannered and supportive. The food cost is too high as compared to the quality of food. Mineral Water is charged at Rs.75.The wooden flooring was damaged at some places. The cupboard was not closing properly. No sandles were available in the room. Overall disappointing hotel.

This hotel is very special. We chose it for the proximity to the Bangalore airport, and were very pleasantly surprised to find an eco-conscious establishment, with emphasis on tranquility and the beauty of nature. And what a treat to stay in a tent with modern facilities. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay.
