The two gentlemen at the front desk overnight were very kind. During the day, the women at the front desk were not as nice. One would allow people to take their dogs into the pool, yes I mean swimming, but we were not allowed to bring beverages or snacks to have on the tables. The room was not clean, there was dirt on the bathroom floor, old food in the fridge, the towels were stained, and there was a weird questionable blood stain on the ironing board cover which clearly had not been washed in a very very long time. The worst part is we had two adults and two children with us and 4 days after we checked out they charged us for having dogs in the room. After calling and speaking with the manager and proving that I paid over $300 to have my dogs put into boarding, as well as sending the time/date stamped camera images of the inside of my car from the rear view mirror showing that my giant dogs were not in the vehicle for our trip, they refuse to reverse the charge saying that we must have snuck them in. This property will be hearing from my lawyer.

I’ve never felt more like an intruder than we did while staying at this property. The staff, while nice enough, seemed pretty unprofessional, hanging out in the lobby constantly. Walking through felt like you were walking through someone’s living room. The room was decent for the price, but there was dark hair in the bathroom, on the tv stand, etc. The edges of the room were dusty where the vacuum doesn’t reach. Just overall didn’t feel super clean. Smoke detector started beeping from dying battery our second night. Overall, it was.. okay. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Lexi was amazing. No elevator but staff offered to help carry stuff up. Room was clean but could tell the cleaners don’t pay attention to the doors. They charge $25 if you checkin early. I arrived at 3pm and had to pay $25 to get into my room 1 hour early. My room was right by the lobby so that wasn’t helpful as far as noise went. Lots of stomping from upstairs room above me. Rooms smelled very strongly of a cheap smelling cologne which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if this was the cleaner smell? My window did not lock and I was on the ground floor. I put a few items in the window sill to feel safer so the window couldn’t be opened all the way. I had some ants in my room in the bathroom and I found a few in my bed. The pillows were comfortable. I liked that they had a microwave and fridge in the room. I paid $250 a night and it felt like a $70 night hotel. I will pay extra to stay at a nicer hotel next time.

We just wanted a reasonable room that included breakfast. It was fine. Loved the do it yourself waffle bar! NO ELEVATOR IN THIS TWO STORY BUILDING! We were able to carry our bags up the stairs, but it wasn’t easy.

Got to the hotel around 1030am asking for an early check in. the morning staff stated that housekeeping just started and it should be ready around 1pm and that she would call me. 2pm came around and no call. called about the room and it still was not ready. showed up at 3:50pm with the room still not ready. check in being at 4pm and them knowing that we were trying to check in early. couldn't get us a different room because the room was already preparid by expedia. staff stated that housekeeping starts on the first floor and then they move up the floors. housekeeping staff was sitting down at the tables when you walk in, eating. i started to get upset after i knew about the early check in and was willing to pay, the room still wasn't ready close to 4pm. and they knew how much long we were waiting for the room with not making it a priority to clean with our room still being on the FIRST FLOOR when we did get to our room. will not be staying at another quality inn again.

Friendly front desk service. Great breakfast. Just not enough parking. Had to park on the side on the road with 3 kids. Otherwise everything was great & beds were comfy.
