“Good location on the edge of small downtown area”

Band has a lovely small downtown area and the Fairfield is just on the edge, 10 minutes stroll from shops and restaurants. Nothing fussy but well organised, maintained and clean with very friendly staff. Ideal as a base from which to explore the Bend area.

I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay within walking distance of downtown Bend.

“Bend, Oregon's Best Hotel”

This was the nicest hotel of our entire trip. We would stay there again when we are in the area.

“Good value”

Generic, moderately priced motel. Only there one night. It was clean and comfortable. Short distance from downtown Bend, a nice area to walk around in.

“Met expectations”

This hotel met my expectations. It has the name Marriott associated with it, so I guess I wouldn't mind if it was a little more up-scale. Room was adequate - didn't blow me away or anything. Evening cookies were a nice touch.

“Not real impressed.”

Found other hotels that were more centrally located. Hotel was clean, just not a lot of extra emenities.
