Not worth it
I have never done this before, but I actually considered asking to be refunded for my stay at this hotel. I traveled around Brazil for 10 days, staying at 3 different locations, and this hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. No one told me the room was solar powered, so I thought the electricity was out in the room. There were holes in the wall and trash on the floor when I checked in. The light fixtures were pulling out of the wall and the furniture was falling apart. The WiFi didn't work in my room, and the TV was not hooked up, so it only played one channel, and no one from the hotel was willing or able to fix this. The room next to me played their TV loudly all night long and seemed to be an adjoining room to mine, so I couldn't sleep. The halls were dark and it was impossible to see. The first floor of the hotel and the restaurants are lovely, camoflouging the crumbling, dirty, non-functioning upper floors. The quality of the room was more in line with a hostel than a hotel. The overall cleanliness, quality of the room and amenities, and level of service, does not match the price of the room in any way.

Friendly staff, very flexible
Amazing service and very friendly. I had a unique travel situation and the hotel was very flexible with an early check-in ad late check-out. Everyone was very friendly, the room was huge and super comfortable. Easy access to BH Shopping and other stuff nearby.

There was a Haitian gentlemen that worked at the front desk and was absolutely phenomenal. He was very kind and helpful. He made me feel welcomed and was very professional. The hotel is in a great location and everything is walking distance.

Good hotel but far from airport
I only stayed a night here and this is my second time in Belo staying at the same hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is very far from the airport specially if you arrive or leave during rush hour. I may have to switch to another hotel only because of the distance but overall I would stay here again

Surprising stay
Multiple mistakes/troubles. 1.They can't locate our reservation 2.They do Not to clean the room appropriately 2 nights continuously. 3. We paid junior suite, and they gave the standard room. 4. Very unprofessional front desk manager The facility was good , but, management was very weak.

Staff is always courteous and professional with excellent customer service skills. Many of the staff speak English which helps me tremendously as they have arranged various things for me that would have been challenging for me otherwise. Room service food is great and they have a very nice and large fitness room! Excellent hotel and staff!

I have stayed at this hotel every year for the last seven years on my business trips to Belo and the service and accommodations are consistently excellent. The hotel staff are all friendly and most of the front desk staff speak good to very good English. Rafael was very helpful and courteous and he assisted with a challenging Uber situation. Patricia at the front desk is professional and has great customer service skills. Carlos the bellman has been there for several years and is always helpful and wears a big smile! My only issue this time was with breakfast as it wasn’t very good. The selection was limited, the fruit was of only mediocre quality and both the hard boiled eggs and the scrambled egg dish were essentially inedible. Otherwise my stay was really good! They also have a good fitness center which is unusual at many Brazilian hotels and this is a requirement for me. Very pleased!!

Nice business hotel in Belevedere area of BH.
It is not worth it to reserve via Expedia, since the Expedia rate was worse than reserving with the hotel, and the Expedia rate did not cover breakfast (which had I reserved locally, would have been covered. Disappointed with Expedia.

The expedia.com.au website states that the booking of this hotel comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast. "A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning between 6 AM and 10:30 AM" It seems that complimentary in English does not translate to "included in the price" in Portuguese. I would recommend that the web page for this particular hotel is updated so that another potential guest does not fail to book this hotel thinking that they will get breakfast included. Kudos to the Hotel Manager - Once I presented the details of the website information to the hotel staff they have assured me that they will honour the English version of complimentary.

Um hotel que não vale o custo beneficio. Tem um bom restaurante Japonês anexo e só. com 50% da tarifa reduzida vale a pena. O atendimento mediano apesar de simpáticos pouco proativos. Um hotel com essa tarifa cobra café da manha a parte. A limpeza do box do banheiro não existia. Vidros do box muito sujos. Academia nao reflete o perfil do hotel. Esta ao lado de um dos principias shoppings da cidade.
