“very comfortable”
I had no problems every one was helpfull the bed was comfotable lots of pillows
“Good stay at Best Western Belleville”
Good hotel on #62 in Belleville located off the 401. Close to mall, movies, restaurants and shops. Comfortable room, internet service decent, pool and jacuzzi good temps, breakfast buffet is ok.

Really pleased witht he hotel. Parking lot a little tight with the small spaces.

was only at the hotel for 12 hours so did not have a chance to use all of the amenities, but it looked good.
“it is close to all resturant's and shopping”
it is walking distence to the Quintie Mall and all resturants you couldn't ask for a better location and it is verry quite there
“An excellent Winter Break”
Very pleased with our stay. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I want one like it for home now!! The staff are wonderful and were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly and one of the staff had a dog visiting briefly at the front desk that made the environment feel so cozy. The hotel is close to shopping and dining. I enjoyed the area and enjoyed a couple of long walks. We intend to return again in the near future.
“Holiday Stay”
We stayed over the Christmas Holiday, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful to make sure we had all the information necessary to get Rewards points and make our stay enjoyable. The young lady at the desk also made our guests feel comfortable when they joined us to use the pool facilities, We will definitly return to this hotel!
“Bed very uncomfortable; pool +++ disgusting; couldn't see the bottom. Hot tub exceptionally small”
The hotel is easy to access and the staff very accomodating however the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows hard and the pool was 'thick'. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool.
“Clean, comfortable and good value”
Everything was great except the shower did not work. The part that transfers the water from the spout to the shower head was broken. I reported it as I checked out.

Claquage de portes continuel, buffet déjeuner malpropre et pas de service ou de surveillance manque de nourriture, clientèle de bas de gamme Je suis tres déçu de cet hotel.
