We have stayed here in the past. Nice king size bed and whirlpool tub. Couch was ok to sit and eat. TV channels limited. They are in the middle of a remodel. Should be nice when done but worry that prices will jimp. Much nicer than the motel across the road.

They are remolding. It was still fine. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but it was fine. Staff was very nice and helpful. It is the closest hotel to Mad River ski resort which was great and a good price. Not far from a big variety of restaurants. Will stay here again.

Bed was a little stiff. Bathroom had a large tub and a tiled octagonal hole with a curtain between the bathroom wall and the room itself. I have never seen this before.

Hi Anthony I have tried finding your reservation that you are talking about and I am unable to find it. I did find one reservation for three night stay that went through as a no show and the virtual credit card was charged 92.59 by us for one night of the three days reserved for the room going through as a no show. I would reach out to expedia and see if they will refund the other two days back to your card. I will make a note from my end to Expedia asking them to refund two of the nights back to your card. If you need anything else please reach out to me at the hotel.

The staff (the guy at the desk when we checked in, the bartender and the lady when we checked out), were all very friendly and personable. The hotel itself was a little rundown, but they are doing renovations. We had a king room with a Whirlpool tub, once we checked in my wife went to relax in the tub for a bit, but before getting in we had to clean other people's hair out of the tub. Once it was cleaned and she got in, we discovered the Whirlpool wasnt working, we called the front desk to find out of there was a secret to get it to work, the nice gentleman said he'd send maintenance down, but we said not to worry about it (the "relaxing" mood for my wife was already gone at that point). This morning when preparing to shower we grabbed a "clean" wash cloth, and well it wssnt clean, there was something red in the middle of the cloth, causing my wife to throw up (thankfully she was in tub so it went down the drain). while we have nothing but good things to say about the staff we encountered, you'd have to pay us to stay at this location again.

Loved the staff and breakfast area, The room smelled like mold and mildew when the ac/heater was running and when I turned on the bathroom fan/light it smelled like ancient cigarette smoke which was gross The staff were excellent and very nice. I would never recommend any non smokers to stay there because of the cigarette smell. Also I had to go in town and get sinus medicine because of the cigarette smell and the mold / mildew smell from the a/c heater.

Most of the staff was very helpful and very good at their job. It was a little frustrating because I kept getting locked out of my room and had to keep going downstairs for my card to work sitting outside my room for 25 minutes waiting for maintenance all to find out the key wasn’t programmed. Correctly was an exactly fun, but it wasn’t horrible, the breakfast was pretty good every morning when we did eat there. The pool was freezing, but they did warn us there was no heater in there. It would be nice if they had some lights since the pool was open till 10 PM and it was dark around eight, 830. I wasn’t a huge fan that we had to keep putting our towels outside or going and requesting toilet paper or towels because they don’t clean or check anything while you’re there. It’s not until you check out do they restock the staff was very friendly and helpful when we did ask them, just wasn’t super convenient going all the way to the front then to the back linen closet, then back up to our room to get towels and toilet paper.

We do offer housekeeping services after every third night or more recent upon guest request, I'm sorry you were not made aware of this at check in. Overall it was a nice stay. Pool was clean looks like there is renovations being done. But there is no elevator had to lug cooler and luggage up 2 flights of stairs. I would have asked for ground floor had I known

Comfort inn is old but clean and very friendly staff. Easy parking , grounds are beautiful kept up. Easy to find and great parking area .

Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing a renovation so it was a little old fashioned. The breakfast area was good and a nice area. The bar staff were outstanding. Good place for group to gather.
