I have stayed here three times now. It is by a noisy roundabout (lots of chaotic traffic and beeping, which only quietens in the early hours of the morning) in the neighbourhood of the Temple of Saint Sava and close to the centre on foot or by buses. Very convenient with the A1 airport bus line starting/ending opposite the roundabout. Free Wi-Fi helps you stay connected to the world. Rooms have a fridge, which is handy for drinks and snacks.

The hotel needs to be refurnished
The room furniture is old and antiquated, and so is the bathroom, with shower curtains and a narrow bathtub. When I turned on the tap brown water came out. I had to let it run sometime and then the wáter was fine. They don't use electronic keys, but normal keys with a key ring. If you choose a room on the Street (Trg Slavija) you will have a nice view of the city, but on the other hand, you will hear the noise of the car and buses, as it is a busy area. If you choose a quiet area the view is horrible. The beds are comfortable but too low, too close to the floor. The lobby area and front desk look antiquated and dark, you don’t feel you are coming to a hotel, nor feel welcomed at all. To tell you the truth, looks ugly and low class. The location is great if you want to take the A1 Bus to and from the airport, as it stops in Trg Slavija, a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Republic Square is a 30-minute walk from the hotel. The Temple of Saint Sava is 7-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel looks like a modern construction from the outside, (like in the picture) but once you are inside the hotel and hotel rooms is like if you were in an old antiquated, ugly hotel.

The property was clean and staff polite but the property would benefit from renovation. My understanding is that it is only partially renovated. Breakfast is excellent.

Bathroom door did not close properly. Air conditioner did not work properly. Window would not open. Tabs leaked all the time. It took 10 minutes tank on the toilet to fill up. The lobby was full of smoke all the time. They allow smoking indoors in the breakfast room. Parking was good. The breakfast was very good.

Old school charm
This hotel was dated but full of charm and character. We had a junior suite which didn't have a kettle which would have been nice but other than that it was spacious and comfortable, plenty of toiletries and the reception is open 24-7, or at least there was someone there at 3am when we checked out for the flight. Great location, not louddespite being on a busy roundabout.

Bed bugs in my room
This is an old building that long time ago was built to be one of the chic and presentable hotels in the city. Right now it’s just a big hotel, with an interesting architecture, but not taking care very well in terms of maintenance. For example, in order to flush the toilet you have to pull out the knob, but then keep pooling, the string comes out and only then the toilet starts flushing. Later on, i was given a different room and the system with flushing the toilet was exactly the same. Cleaning personnel is doing all they can do, seems like, to keep it clean, but the building has maintenance issues, sometimes not easy to be addressed if there’s not enough money. Rooms in the hotel are big, with high ceilings, but mainly dark. It’s a lot of dark color wood is used for decoration of the room and the ceilings. Maybe that was the part of the reason i found a bed bug in my room. It was a huge one. I did a thorough search of my bed and didn’t find any signs of the bed bugs, except this one bug. So, i thought it could be a random bug, could be from outside, because i just moved in, but later on i found one more and told the reception. They offered to me to leave my stuff in the room, leave the room for an hour or two, while they fumigate the room. I refused. I had to insist that i want a different room. They changed my room to one that stunk smoke too much, i asked to give me more options, where they said ok, but this one is the last offer. Room was two doors downfromthe origina

Prime location and the AC was cool enough to combat the heat during the day, making it very comfortable overall. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but No complaints really.

Great location. Price affordable. Service is also good. Restaurant of 7th floor helps a lot as i did not have to look for the places to have a meal. Only remark is that this is not non-smoking facility, but i assume that if non-smoking is enforced they would lose lot of customers as smoking is still considered as "fun" in this region. I will definitely go back to this hotel once back to Belgrade.

Majority of guests did not wear PPE and did not follow distance rules trough hôtel and elevators. - At breakfast guest used same service wares (buffet style) - forks / knives stocked in baskets ( could be wrapped in napkins individually and given to guests ) - did not saw designated person going around and sanitize most touched surfaces. - salt and paper shakers on tables (no individual servings) for it and condiments

location is what was important too me. I have head bad experience last time I stayed at this hotel but considering to great connection to areas I have had to visit and business I need to take care off, I stayed theatre. This visit was worst experience ever, I have head in my life. At previous visit, after various run down rooms, damaged furniture, broken mirrors, nonfunctional electrical outlets, mold in bathrooms, I took, again in the middle of the early am hours, too f. Tired I just collapsed in the “ best” of their rooms. In the morning an “vintage” fan, huge monstrosity hanging on the wall was not working. So, I called for service, they brought in long commercial cable they they hooked from the bedroom to bathroom in order for me to dry my hair. During the period of over 2 weeks of my stay, it was not fixed. I was praying to God not to trip over the electric cable speed from my bed to bathroom in the middle of the nigh visits to use bathroom. This time I rejected, again, room with connected plain Soddy doors to other guests room. So I went down asking for another room. Instead taking me too rooms, I was given 2 keys to go and check rooms myself if they are better. I checked the rooms , supposedly non smoking took one and collapsed at approximately 2: 30 am. Room was cold. I turn thermostat up and heating was not starting. T my sleeping pill and went to sleep existed. In the morning, I waked up in icy cold room, my sinuses inflamed, headed and caugh attacks
