“Hotel nice a wee bit out of centre near university”

Hotel OK but very busy and noisy on Saturday nights near to a very busy pub for young people.

“Great Hotel”

Had a long weekend here with some friends. Hotel was great - room service and bar prices reasonable. Breakfast was fab and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Saturday night entertainment was great fun. Would stay there again.

“clean and comfortable but could do with updating”

Good location but decor very outdated. Food was averag and disappointed that the lovely restaurant was only used for breakfast and not opened for evening meals. Fire alarms went off both mornings at 8am which was annoying. Overall can't complain as hotel rate was very competitive when booked.

“A business trip to Belfast”

The Wellington Park hotel was a good, solid choice. The rom was well appointed and clean (apart from a bit of the "black fungus" in the bathroom). WiFi was free. Breakfast was good - some nice touches such as strawberries in February. Staf dealt with a problem I had very well (left my mobile phone in the room) and called my office before I left the hotel to make sure I got it back. Overall I would use it again.

“Great location. Great Service”

Great location and great service. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Within walking distance of museums, Botanical Gardens, Queens University and several great restaurants. Room was clean and bathroom modern. Carpet in the room could be cleaner. Internet service was free but very slow at times. Did not eat at the hotel often but food was good when we did. Saturday night was a little noisy due to local disco.

Area recommendations
We would recommend the Ulster Museum and the Botanical Gardens.

“Wellington Park Hotel Belfast: goede uitvalsbasis voor stedentrip”

Goed uitgeruste kamers met goede bedden, vriendelijke staf, ruim ontbijt. Ligging even buiten centrum, maar met openbaar vervoer of te voet is centrum makkelijk te bereiken. Pubs en bushalte bijna letterlijk voor de entree.

Getting around
Voor vervoer door de stad Belfast is de Belfast Visitor Pass erg handig. Te koop op het vliegveld en op (bus)stations. Met deze pas kun je gebruik maken van al het openbaar vervoer in de stad en krijg je op diverse plaatsen diverse soorten korting. Wel vooraf folder goed doorlezen en weten waar je korting kunt krijgen, want korting wordt niet achteraf alsnog gegeven.
