The hotel is largely housed in a collection of historic buildings. My bathroom was part of a Victorian bank vault and featured original tile from the 1860's. The decor is very Victorian, heavy and dark but a perfect compliment to this amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The Europa Hotel is an excellent location for enjoying the many delights of Belfast. This was my second stay at the Europa, and I look forward to returning. Belfast is a very safe city and very walkable. The food and bars were superb - a cut above those in Dublin.
Great hotel and customer service; however, the location was about 25min driving distance from the city center. You have to take a taxi to the city center because there is no other type of transportation.
"very nice hotel not far from the Botanic Gardens."
The people were very friendly, streets were clean . the only downside was that the shops closed early on Friday night,
We toured around on the city tour bus and got a real sense of the changes since the 1960s
but we enjoyed it and would recommend it to others,
The main purpose of our visit was Mothers, Union General Meeting at the Waterfront Hall and a service in St Anns Cathedral in the city ,both venues were excellent and is worth a visit.
the hotel was nice and neat. The front staff was warm and pleasant and greeted us with our key immediately and was friendly. The room was neat and clean, but bed mattress could have been firmer. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey so they gave us a recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was included in the room cost and it was a full breakfast that was delicious and fillling.
I felt overwhelmed by the beautiful house with lots of quirky features and original architectural details. Most of all I enjoyed Chris and Jenny's excellent hospitality and helpfulness and the attention to detail. The breakfast ambience and menu deserves more than 5 * too. I enjoyed the choice and the creative flavours and presentation. Nice walking distance to centre and beautiful views across the bay.
Nice situation, in the city but the countryside easily accessed. Good value for money, barring the cost of breakfast. Clean, comfortable hotel. Staff warm, and very considerate. Happily stay here again, and would recommend easily to others.
