Lobby smells of super strong perfume at all times and seems to often have people smoking right outside the automatic doors. Rooms only have instant coffee - no coffee machine or mini fridge and coupon for free coffee from hotel cafe is from a machine. No parking on premise as advertised on Expedia - just a discounted rate nearby but still expensive. Room AC is controlled by the front desk for some rooms? We had three rooms and only two had AC that the room thermometer controlled, the other one they had to call down to the front desk each time, and it auto shuts off the thermometer once the set temperature is reached so some of us were literally sweating in the night when temps climbed again into the 70s Fahrenheit after the AC shut off. Good location though, friendly staff, and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. No top sheets as is common in Ireland.

I booked to stay with my husband and kids and realised it had booked the wrong date we were set to arrive today and I checked confirmation and it appeared to have booked yesterday date when I contacted the manager to explain she was so rude unhelpful and treated me like I purposely booked the wrong date we have been left with no we’re to stay charge full rate of £189 for the stay complete unaccommodating I even have confirmation of the show we are attending to explain this is why I booked Saturday 13th April. Would never stay here or recommended it so unhelpful and tried to make me feel stupid

We had mixed experience at checkin. My wife had a very pleasant experience with someone who was very thorough and good at explaining. I had a poor experience with a different member of staff (not a one off as the person in front of me basically got a shrug of the shoulders). The parking situation could be explained better with a note in the room or at the entrance but the staff member explained it well. Our room had a few stains on the carpet not the end of the world but it looked a bit tired. Whoever cleaned our room didn’t provide any toilet roll so we had to go hunting for it. likewise, when our room was cleaned, cleaning products were left in tbe bath almost liie the person had been interrupted. breakfast was really good, something for everyone

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spotless (except for trash can in Bathroom had nail polish on Kleenex in it). Very comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet room. Nice breakfast service. The bar/restaurant service was spotty. Table food service was terribly slow. Seemed that bar service was more important than food orders and delivery. Good was good when it did arrive I would stay here again! Great downtown location

Heat did not work in our room, had to contact front desk to get it working , service in the restaurant/ cafe was poor. Front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, everything you need, bacon was under cooked but that could be a cultural thing.

Hotel was ina great location. However, staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful- housekeeping didn’t come to our room on the second day until 430 and we had just come back to freshen up after being out all day. We had to settle for a smaller room as the room we booked wasn’t ready and the room was boiling even with the window open and the fan on that was provided

Really nice hotel with a chilled atmosphere. Check in was quick. Staff friendly. Room was big and clean. Main bus station is a five minute walk and shops about ten minutes. The bar prices were reasonable and the girl working in the bar was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Only down side was the room was cold as I couldn't get the heating to work but I'm sure if I'd asked someone they would of sorted it out.

Centrally located hotel close to most major attractions. Hotel exterior & interiors are a little dated but impecable clean and well maintained. Decent food at the hotel restaurant / bar. Be sure to visit the Titanic Exprience, the Crown Liquor Saloon and Cathedral quarter when in Belfast!

The hotel was in a great central location with only a short walk into the centre and all the pubs. It was also very close to the bus station which is very handy for getting to and from the city airport. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of pastries, cereals and hot options. The only downside was the room was rather tired in terms of decor. At little refresh of the rooms wouldn’t go amiss.

Good hotel, close to the train station and town centre. The only thing that I could say was the room was uncomfortably warm during the night and when we opened the window it was very noisy as our room was looking onto the street.

Unfortunately I took ill during our stay. Due to a sewage blockage of some sort, we had to move rooms in the late evening due to a repulsive pungent smell in our room. This caused me to fell very ill and had to stay an extra night in the Hotel which was eventually negotiated at no charge. Out of hours Doctor was called. It took me several days later before feeling any better. Disappointed that it ruined the rest if our stay in Belfast.
