Great location, not comfortable

Posted 22-Apr-2015
We stayed for one night and one night was enough. The room was really hot and the window only opened a small bit, the air con in the room was only blowing out hot air. It was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Also, the bed sheets were also extremely uncomfortable, felt like plastic and believe me, I'm not fussy. But it was impeccably clean, very clean indeed.

Comfortable hotel very near Queens University

Posted 09-Mar-2015
Pros: Clean, tidy and friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Tissues, bottled water, room service info
Location: Close to Queens University, botanic gardens, ulster museum and bus route into city centre or a 15 minute walk. Good restaurant, bars and shops.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable room with black out curtains for good night sleep. Basic facilities but perfect for the price. A very pleasant stay.

Def recommend to a friend

Posted 18-Feb-2015
Although the heat wasnt working in the room the staff couldn't have been more courteous! We were given a heater, asked (and received) a free breakfast and late checkout for our inconvenience! Central to all the nightlife in botanic and a quick taxi gets u into city centre! Looking forward to my next trip to Belfast!

Pleasant stay for a 4 day business trip.

Posted 01-Feb-2015
Pros: Cleaners were excellent, location has plenty bars a restaurants. Very much in the heart of student land. Free wifi for up to 5 devices was very useful
Cons: Food was really quite awful. Pizza like a child's meal?!
Location: Was a snow blizzard during my stay so didn't get out much!
Clean, comfortable, happy to recommend to others. If the weather was better I think it would be a really vibrant area. Close to Botanic train station.
