Excellent Hotel very close to the City.

Posted 13-Apr-2015
Pros: The friendlyness of the staff, nothing was to much trouble they genuinely went out of their way to make my stay an enjoyable one.
Cons: Please dont let the decor deterriorate, hotel is beginning to look a little tired.
Location: So close to the city centre, waterfont area, and city hall.
On an early flight so i arrived at the hotel earlier than the "booking in time". The hotel was very accomadating suggesting i leave my bag in the baggage room and personal effects in their safe. Great start, i then proceeded into the city only a short walk of about 500m.

Right in the heart of the city

Posted 10-Apr-2015
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Bedside tables would be handy.
Location: Easy to walk into the centre with lots to see and do.
Very handy for the city, and everything was within easy walking distance. We were lucky and on the top floor with outstanding views over the city, but I wouldn't want to be on a lower floor with no view of the city. The area immediately around the hotel was a bit dodgy in the evening with people coming out of the pubs.

Cons: Reception/bar area could be given a facelift.
Hotel is adequate for a budget stay in Belfast. The surroundings leave a little to be desired with drunks in the vicinity late afternoon and early evening. The reception /bar/dining area is very stark and soulless but the bedroom was very comfortable.

Convenient location for business and social life

Posted 24-Feb-2015
Pros: Everything worked and it was quiet on the 8th floor. Good value for a city centre hotel.
Cons: The pre-fabricated bathrooms are functional but a little tacky. I usually require a safe in the room, so had to leave my valuables at the desk.
Location: I chose the hotel because it is around the corner from the Utility Regulators office. The wonderful Crown pub is nearby, as well as many restaurants.
The hotel is efficient and functional, which is ideal for a short business stay, or for a social visit to Belfast city centre.

Good choice for a city break

Posted 23-Feb-2015
Pros: Friendly and helpful reception staff
Cons: Cleaning of rooms in afternoon (sometimes quite late) would be better in the morning
Location: Short walk to good shopping areas and city hall
Comfortable and hassle free. Reasonably priced, good central location but in quiet street

Very good.

Only stayed for one night but, for the room price, absolutely no complaints. Everything is relatively new and clean, service is good, and location is right in the city centre.
