“A really good hotel - highly reccomended”
I can't speak highly enough about this place, location is great 10 minutes walk from city and 5 minutes from the university, rooms were immaculate and furnished to a really high standard. Found the staff very friendly and really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely go back.
“Decent location on street with nice bars / eateries”
Hotel very empty so bar felt a bit odd to go in as night staff had to serve drinks and kept all bar lights off so people outside didn't try to come in! Breakfast day 1 was nice but very small portion, day 2 was lots better, toast and coffee refills. However the fruit salad on offer was frozen so spongy & fruit flies hovered over it... Staff.were friendly Room big and comfortable Good bathroom set up 15 mins walk in to city centre
“Everone should visit Belfast”
This was a super base for our first visit to Belfast. Public transport on the doorstep but city centre was also within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the bistro was very tasty, varied and well priced. The bathroom was large and beautifully appointed, the bed was huge and superbly comfortable and the room had all the electronic bells and whistles anybody could require. Only two additions would have made it perfect; a small fridge in the room and a dedicated resident's lounge.
“Very nice hotel”
The bed was very large and comfortable and the room had an LCD TV with surround sound and iPod dock, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, although the toaster was broken when we were there. The bath was big enough for two and everything was to a high standard.
“Lovely boutique hotel”
This hotel is in a great location right next to The Queen's University, Botanic Gardens & Ulster Museum and yet only a twenty minute leisurely stroll from Victoria Square in Belfast city centre. If one does not feel like heading to the city centre, there are still plenty cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and bars very close to the hotel to suit all tastes and budgets. I requested a quiet room when booking the hotel and this is exactly what I got. Everything about the hotel was very good - the room and bathroom very spacious with large bed, high quality modern TV and accessories. Tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates provided in the room each day. Breakfast each morning was very good - all staff very pleasant and provide a great service.
“Great Experience”
We had a great time. Although the hotel did not look that appealing from the exterior, everything about the hotel was great. First and foremost the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The only slight negative was that it is a good 25 minutes walk away from the city centre. The in-house restaurant is superb, and there are many good eating places in the neighbourhood. We take pleasure in recommendingvthis hotel to our fellow-travellers.
“Great Belfast hotel”
This is a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
“great value and right next to Queen's University”
The room was very comfortable and quiet for such a busy neighbourhood, and the service was excellent.
“great hotel”
very much recommend this hotel in all repects specially for the price I paid
“It's what's inside that counts”
Outstanding, friendly service made us feel welcome from the first moment. It's hard to notice the exterior in a row of traditional buildings, but the interior is freshly redesigned--clean, eye-catching, very attractive. Rooms are large, comfortably laid out, and well-supplied. Location in the university district is a bit far out of the city center (about a 25-minute walk), but just a couple of blocks from the nearest train station.
