The staff could not have done enough to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is full of character, especially the raffles restaurant, the service an food was first class, could not have faulted it in any way. Bedrooms were spotless. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a gem of a hotel in a quiet location and yet it is still very close to Belfast. The accommodation is priced well, the dinning, meals and bar areas are excelent. The car park is close and handy to the hotel entrance and reception, no steps. The only disapointment is no elevator for taking heavy lugage to the second level.
Can't praise this hotel highly enough - It is beautiful. Went for a long weekend break to Belfast. Picked this hotel, because it had a good central location, not too far from shopping area, the Titanic exhibition and City Hall. Knew we were in for something special when our taxi driver told us that we had chosen the best hotel in Belfast - and I think he was probably right.
The hotel is a beautiful Victorian building, although there is also a more modern wing. Our room was in the Victorian part. It was extremely elegant and comfortable. The public areas are very grand - the restaurant in particular. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A full breakfast was included in our booking, and it was proper table service, which is so rare these days, a real pleasure, which set us up for the rest of the day.
My only regret was I never got round to using the spa facilities - something I will have to remedy on my next visit

We toured around on the city tour bus and got a real sense of the changes since the 1960s
but we enjoyed it and would recommend it to others,
The main purpose of our visit was Mothers, Union General Meeting at the Waterfront Hall and a service in St Anns Cathedral in the city ,both venues were excellent and is worth a visit.
Had the most wonderful stay at Ten Square, since we were welcomed with a free glass of sparkling wine, friendly staff, the gorgeous comfortable rooms and being so close to the city centre we loved it and will definitely be back.
