“I strongly recommend this hotel”

I've stayed at other hotels in Beirut and Safir Heliopolitan Hotel is the only one ticked all the boxes!! I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and found ALL the staff to be extremely warm, welcoming, and very professional. Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure Iall my needs were met and that I was comfortable. All areas of the hotel were immaculate. The daily buffet breakfast restaurant had an array of variety to suit all tastes. The one and only thing that I found "unfriendly" was the internet packages were not good value for money - the hours of internet access purchased could not be used in increments. If I were to travel to Lebanon again, the only place I would stay at is Safir Heliopolitan Hotel.

“not impressed at all”

Beirut fo me is best place to go for a long weekend. i stayed at al Safir Hotel, I dont recommend it to any body. i stayed at that hotel maybe 5 years ago or more, first year of opening, it was nice but not anymore now!

any where near to roucha side. nice view and easy movements.

May and April is the best month for me to go to beirut .

“Would definitely stay again!!!”

Everything was better than we expected. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Food and drinks were good. Pool was super relaxing.

“Honesty go a long ways.”

My stay went ok. Too bad the ending did not go as well. I asked the reception to book a taxi for me. They told me it would be no problem and they had one waiting down stairs. I told them where I wanted to go and they told me what the price would be. I was not too happy when I got there and the cab driver all of a sudden forgot how to speak English and told my Lebanese friends that he wanted twice as much as what I was quoted.
