“Great hotel”
Great hotel, in a good central location within easy walking distance of many of the main Beirut attractions. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and a nice bathroom, the staff were extremely helpful and polite and the breakfast was great also. Couldnt fault our staff and would recommened the hotel to others as well as stay there again.
“Still not too impressed, but good price / location ratio”
Due to flight cancellations, rescheduled to arrive one day earlier and booked an extra night before my intended stay. Did so directly with the hotel. Hotel was not able to merge my bookings. Confirmed at check in that both bookings were on my name and was assured it was ok. Nevertheless, the hotel locked me out of my room after the extra night as 'was meant to check out'. OK - these things happen and are not a general reflection of the hotel service as was immediately unlocked and mistake from their side was quickly solved. Minibar was NEVER replenished. Toilets not cleaned on one of the 3 nights I stayed there. General cleaning of the rooms was poor for a this star rated hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good - between downtown and Hamra. Walking distance from both.
“Typical 4 star hotel in a very good location. No beach front.”
This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a 4 star chain. Decor fine but typical i.e nothing to get excited about. Location is great, within walking distance of most sights, such Hamra, downstown/Place de L'etoile, and a 20 mins walk from Gemmayzeh (bar area). Bed was very comfortable. Service is fine, there is free WIFI in the lobby which is better than most hotels provide. If you are coming in the summer, there is no beachfront and I think the pool is indoors, but Beirut has several beach clubs where you can go for the day which can be a suitable replacement.

“5 star is a joke”
Hotel looks great from the outside. Squeezed between the corniche and the downtown area. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Facilities (Gym and Pool) very decent. As a frequent traveller, my expectations of a Radission Hotel were not met, especially for the good money I paid for the room. Service was poor by some individuals at reception, some people did a fantastic job and were very professional, courteous and polite. Promise of quality was not met - I felt short-changed for something I normally experience at a Radisson Hotel. Minibar was not replenished, room breakfasts 'forgotten', bill at the end was not very clear nor transparent. Charges bade on the card without my consent. The hotel is located close of 2 major parts of the west city, but if you have a preference, I recommend you stay inside one of the areas rather than in between as there not much in the immediate area but nightclubs and a bombed Hotel Will not return there voluntarily
