The hotel is very bad and the way of hotel is very crawdad and the concierge employer have many job he is concierge and he taken my luggage and but it in my room when I make check out they told me you must pay for phone call but I am did not call any body the concierge make joint me with the restaurant and they charged me about that he must make the reservation not me do not take suit room the Junior suit is better because the bath room and the room are bigger in the Junior suit
“Great, but would be better with better room service”
The only grumble I have is that the daily clean was not very thorough. It's a good hotel, in a convenient location, was well-priced (through Expedia), and the general reception and concierge services were good (for Lebanon). I was just sad that the daily room cleaning was poor such that we had to ring down for things almost daily. That said, it's a minor inconvenience for what else we got for the price.
