“Not Bad”
The asked us to wait till 2 PM to check in not 12 ! Smokinf room was not ready then as booked perviously!
“Conveniet Hotel”
I liked the hotel's room and daily cleanness by house-keeping. The only 3 things that I would have preffered were, larger lobby, better bathroom and bigger swimming pool. I however liked the hotel overall and would want to stay in it when I visit Beirut again.
“Impressive Hotel in Beirut”
The only complaint I have is no free wi-fi. Everything else was great. I did not eat there so I dont know about the food. We only stayed in the room to sleep 4-5 hours per night.
“Not impressed”
we request a high floor room but they give us a room in the 3rd floor, so we asked them to changed it to a room in higher floor and they did , but the blanket and the pillows were smelling . We didn't like the services they are so slow and they don't know what they are doing.

The hotel service and cleanliness as well as location are excellent. I recommend anyone who wishes to stay in beirut at a reasonable price to pick this hotel.
“22 May - 24May”
I spent a very pleasant weekend in this hotel. There was a feeling of being in a boutique hotel with personalised service rather than an Americanised, large, impersonal 5-star hotel. The staff were courteous and attentive. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I loved the roof-top bar with the view of the sea and and the mountains in the background. My only criticism is that I felt that the swimming pool was too small but apart from that I had a an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Well done everybody!
