“Avoid if possible.”

I was there during the second week of April,2011, and been there when managed by Marriott as Courtyard by Marriott. Totally different under Penta's management; seems like to cater for locals or Chinese language speakers only. No proper bell boys; breakfast is simply not worth a dime. Ladies(Yes, the ladies; the boys are simply good for nothing) from front desk are 'very' helpful. At the moment, under Penta's management, location can be, or is, the only reason to stay. Avoid, if possible. Novotel is stone throw away from Penta.

“ただいま改装中”

ホテルの経営が変わった後も、引き続き同じ状態のサービスを(5月の時点では）していたが、現在はロビー廻りを改装中で使いにくかったが、値段は少し手ごろになっていました

“期待していたのに”

予約の確認等の電話対応の悪さから、ある程度期待してはいけないと思っていたら、１階が工事していたせいか、客がチェックインといっても、機械的な処理だけ。全然ウエルカムではなかった。部屋もなんか古くさい感じがした。朝食もこれだけ？という感じだった。私は二度と泊りません。

“欧米人向け。立地条件のみ◎。”

このホテルは、欧米人向けの仕様になっているのか？以下の特徴がある。・部屋にはソファがあり、バスは浅く、全体的に広めの部屋づくり。・ブレックファーストは、日本人を意識した食材は皆無で、専ら欧米人向け、オムレツやｽｸﾗﾝﾌﾞﾙｴｯｸﾞ等のオーダーも出来るが、味が粗雑。・入り口もフロントのつくりも目立たず、簡素な印象あり。他に思いついたこと・ルームメーキングは人のレベルの差大。・部屋の自由に使えるコンセント数が限られてりう上に、カタチが三つ股ばかりで二股仕様のものは全く使えない。・空調はとても良く、喚起も良いので部屋のニオイが残らない。・エレベーターは、ルームキー認証システムを採用。 ※地下鉄駅から歩いて５分以内という立地条件だけが、ずば抜けて良い。
