“Great central hotel in Beijing”
Very comfortable rooms, great service and the staff always willing to assist. For non-Chinese speakers this is a very good benefit. Centrally located in a good area, relatively close to all major attractions within Beijing itself.
“Hilton”
I was underwhelmed to be honest. It seemed to be a little understaffed, breakfast ran out of all the good stuff and they never filled it up.
“The perfect hotel!”
My 2 night stay at the hotel was at the end of a tough biking trip through China and it was the perfect place to rest up before heading back to the states. The staff was so kind and helpful, the service fast and pleasent! I so enjoyed the luxurious and comfortable suite. With access to the business center, I was able to catch up on my email and enjoy the lovely breakfast buffet and happy hour spread. No negatives about this hotel!
“If you want peace and quiet this is not the place!!”
If you like the sound of hammers from 8am to 6pm or better yet jackhammers from 9am to 6pm this may be the place for you! We were told we were upgraded to a lovely room. The only problem was the noise which has been going on since our last visit one year ago. We were on the 7th floor with a view of a grass terrace, lovely except on Friday night when there was a party outside our window. Oh did I mention the kid's party they have on Saturdays from 2 until 6pm? A great time for the kids not so much for the rooms around the party. However, if you enjoy listening to every child's song from London Bridge is Falling Down to Mary Had a Little Lamb go for it. The music blared for four hours. The rooms are large. The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor is great but if I stay there again I will make sure a room with less noise is available. Slowly but surely this hotel is heading downhill.
“Hilton Wangfujing, Beijing”
Great hotel, great location, superb rooms, but pricey. My only gripe is the charge for internet access in the room - for a hotel of this caliber, internet access should be free. (There is free wireless in the lobby - ask for the daily password at reception - but I was never able to get a connection).
“Business Hotel Accommodated our Family's 1st trip to China Well”
We stayed at the Hilton Wangfujing for 5 days. We live in Korea @ the moment, so luckily we did not suffer jet lag with our 2 children ages 5 and 9. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel with no problem. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready so we had been upgraded from a King Lifestyle Suite to a Premier Suite. The hotel provided complementary tea, hot chocolate and cookies while we waited for about 2 hours. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. There was no complimentary gift as stated when booking through Expedia. There was a Wii and a nice selection of movies to borrow for down time. The bathroom had a nice tub to relax in w/ TV, and the waterfall shower was wonderful. Unfortunately after we had gone grocery shopping, we discovered there were no pots to cook w/ in the kitchen w/ stovetop(none available through the front desk either) & only 1 bowl to eat off from for a dining table for 6! We were disappointed that internet was not free in the room. I wish the front desk had explained more of the hotel amenities. The breakfast buffet(included) had an AMAZING variety of delicious choices for all ages & different cultures. The kids loved the pool. The lifeguard & spa ladies were so attentive to us. When my littlest scratched her knee they came to our rescue w/ a band aid. PERFECT location when visiting Beijing. Suzie @ the concierge desk was very helpful in booking day trips and overnight trains for us for our next destinations.

“Beijing's outstanding hotel”
We loved the hotel. Fabulous location, great service.
“The worst hotel experience in my life”
An here are some of the reasons . Air Vent in the room did work during my 4 nights there during Christmas 2010 , it was 27 C or 82 F and the system was not working in the entire hotel ( to hot for me to sleep well ) so they simply told us to open the windows , so we did , but unfortunately we had to also lift these nice electric curtains to have some sort of air circulation and guess what ? they are builting a nice hospital across the street and they work 24 hours a day , so we couldn't sleep for 4 nights after 25 hours of traveling . We tried to go and get some rest in this very nice pool area but the temp was around 18-19 C or 65 F ...to cold ! Other than that it is a very nice hotel but please don't even consider this hotel if they haven't fix their serious problems . On another note , the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent and the layout of the room is very nice. Oh I forgot to say that we had a unrefundable resevation in this hotel with Expedia , our original flight was cancelled because weather so we missed the first night , we called Expedia and the gentlemen told us that it was not our fault and that normally the hotel wave that clause in those cases ...Hilton Wangfujing never did . That this hotel have Hilton logo on it is behond comprehension ...sorry !
“Excellent Hotel”
We were extremely happy with the overall quality of this hotel. The rooms and public areas are very well presented with nice attention to detail. Service was excellent: additional hangers, electric adapters, etc. arrived within minutes of making the request. Shortly after inquiring about the availability of a business center to print a boarding pass after hours, a printer was brought to my room and attached to my laptop. Although not everyone spoke English as well as I would have expected (especially the Concierge), this minimally impacted us. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there if I return to Beijing.
