“A nice place to stay”
This is a good quality hotel with a very helpful reception desk. There is a friendly bar which also serves tasty food.
“A quality hotel”
After early difficulties at check in were resolved by the excellent team on duty we found the hotel to be of a really high standard. It was convenient to where we needed to be and also to the main A1. It is set in lovely grounds close to the the lakes and the town of St Neots.
“Conference Hotel”
Stayed one night at Wyboston Lakes, very adequate as hotel for travel stop over.

London Luton Airport (LTN): Approximate driving time to the Wyboston Lakes is 60 minutes and distance is 31 miles (50 kilometres).
Getting there: A free shuttle-bus service connects the main terminal to Luton Parkway Station, where a fast and frequent train service runs to London Kings Cross station. The journey takes 35 minutes and a single ticket costs £11. From here, take the train to St Neots and then a taxi to the hotel. A taxi direct from the airport costs approximately £60. All prices subject to change.
Driving directions: From the airport, turn left at the Church Street Roundabout, into Church Street. Follow signs for Hitchin. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Hitchin Road. At the Round Green Roundabout, take the second exit onto Hitchin Road/A5228 (signposted Hitchin/Airport). At the Vauxhall Way Roundabout, take the first exit onto Stopsley Way/A505 (signposted Hitchin). At Stopsley Green roundabout, take the second exit onto Hitchin Road/A505 (signposted Hitchin). At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Hitchin Road/A505 (signposted Hitchin). Continue onto Moormead Hill/A505 and enter Hitchin. At the mini-roundabout, bear right onto Upper Tilehouse Street /A505. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Park Way/A602 (following signs for Stevenage). At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Stevenage Road/A602 (signposted Stevenage). At the next roundabout, take the second exit, then join the A1(M) motorway (signposted A1M/The North/ Peterborough). Stay on the A1 for approximately 20 miles. Take the A428 turning towards Cambridge. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit (almost going back onto the A1 South), and follow the slip road (signposted Wyboston Lakes Knowledge and Leisure Village).
Getting around: A car is advisable for exploring the surrounding area.
