The Chiltern Hotel offers 100 guestrooms. Rooms feature city views. LCD televisions come with satellite channels. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided along with phones, free local calls and Coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Desks, electronic/magnetic keys, and wake-up calls are also included. A turndown service and irons/ironing boards can be requested. Housekeeping is provided.

“An Average Hotel”
The hotel looks modern and well kept on the outside but inside the lobby are well worn leather sofas and chairs, and dust webs in every corner. The restaurant decor and food is utilitarian and bland. My room was reasonably clean and would have been better if all the knobs were on the dresser drawers. It is the efforts of the day staff of this hotel that make it work and make one forget these odd and off putting quirks. The day staff, (front desk and bar) with their customer service focus deliver personal guest attention and courtesy found in much more expensive hotels. There isn't much around the hotel itself within walking distance but you can reach the Luton Shopping Mall or Legrave Train Station by taxi in about 15 minutes. I would only recommend this hotel if you want a fairly clean place to stay, are on a budget and don't mind overlooking a few quirks. If you are fussy or picky, this is not the place.

What you would expect the only thing remember to put clean room sign on door otherwise room doesn't get cleaned.

Comfortable, clean,well equipped and conveient hotel. Would definately use again.
“Hotel semplice ma non vicino all'aeroporto”
Buoni prezzi, camere semplici ma sicuramente non brilla come ricchezza degli alloggi. Personale disponibile e cortese ma l'ubicazione comporta (dall'aeroporto London Luton) almeno 15 pound... non è dietro l'angolo.
