“very nice experiance”
This hotel was very welcomeing.set on the river,close to all anemities.staff very friendly.I would recommened to anyone.

The hotel was good ands in a great location next to the river. Rooms were clean modern and comfortable
“Nice location. Poor hotel”
This hotel is being renovated so things may improve. There is inadequate space in the car park Only one lift is working leading to very long waits. Reception said that every air conditioner in the hotel was broken. Presumably they were just switched off to save money. Bit of an eyesore building too.
“Very Disappointed”
I stayed one night at this hotel and had a ground floor single room. The TV and Radio did not work and apart from the bathroom being very small it was also not particularly clean. When using the Bar there were no staff and I had to go to reception to ask to be served. I had a bar meal, nothing fancy just burger and chips which came out cold. In the morning I was woken by building work at 7am and hoovering outside my door at 7:30am despite leaving a do not disturb hanger on my door. Breakfast in the restaurant was supposed to be served until 09:30am. I got there at 09:00 to find it had all been packed away. When I asked for a cooked breakfast, it took a while to come out and was cold. On sending it back saying it was cold I was met with the waitress telling me it shouldnt be and when I said it was she huffed. When the same plate was returned it had quite clearly been microwaved and therefore had gone rubbery, hence it was not eaten or paid for! Extremely disappointing, will not stay again.
