“Served its purpose”
A nice hotel...went for a weekend break....rooms are a decent size with sofa to lounge on, bathroom was a bit dated so in need of some renovation, tv only had a limited number of channels. Most staff were ok but when we asked or our room to be turned down for the evening as we were using the room during the day, we were met with resistance by the receptionist...not very good service! Other than that it was ok...average really.

“good base for London and Herts in the UK”
look at this hotel as a base if you are in north london or hertfordshire for business or vacation. it's basic but more adequate. parking is good unless there is a big conference there. location it fantastic as it's right on the A1 motorway and easy to go north to peterborough or south to london. the all inclusive breakfast is more than enough to fill you up without needing lunch although the cooked food was only luke warm and nowhere near hot enough. staff are welcoming and friendly and keen to assist. rooms are not that crash hot but alright. if you don't have mobile data it costs ten pounds per day to hook up your lap top which is too much. you do get the movie package with that as well though.evening meals at the bar were nice and well priced. all in all it's a pretty good hotel to base yourself at for a short to medium break. no frills but nice enough. we have stayed in much better but also in much worse so we would recommend it to people staying in that area. for business travel is it very good and facilities are ideal. so all in all a good hotel with good staff. shame about the cold breakfasts. the reataurant manager in the mornings was the best and most helpful member of staff though and nothing was too much trouble for her.
“Very disappointed.”
Very disappointed with the service. No flannels at all. We had to use towels as replacements. No trollies upon which to put our luggage. One teacup to serve 2 adults and 2 children. Reception agreed that we could check out at 2pm at no extra cost, yet we received a phone call at 1pm, waking us all up to find out why we had not checked out. Apparently the reception lady with whom I had spoken forgot to add this to our reservation.

Das Hotel hat den üblichen Standard eines Novotels. Die Adresse Knebworth Park ist etwas irreführend. Mein Navi hat es nicht gefunden. Folgen Sie die Beschilderung zu Knebworth House.
