“Great Hotel for the price and very attentive staff!!”

We regularly overnight in Luton by the airport and therefore have two main choices; we feel Ibis is the best value for money, and were very impressed by the staff. Even as a single traveller I was given a double room and these are the preferred option, because some of the single rooms have interconnecting doors and therefore less sound proofing. The lobby area is nice to relax in and offers free wifi and the breakfast is OK for the relatively cheap price.

“Friendly staff”

The hotel is convenient (walking distance) from Luton terminal, but a long walk (15 minutes) from the car rental companies. The rooms are small, but have everything you need including tea/coffee maker. They are also very quiet despite location nearly on the runway. The best feature of the hotel were the friendly and helpful staff, both when we checked in and out. They made our stay very enjoyable.

“Convenient, comfortable and cheap airport hotel”

A very convenient, comfortable and cheap airport hotel with helpful and pleasant staff - only downside was the extremely limited selection of snacks - we arrived too late in the evening for anything else to be available

“Did the job”

Convenient to Luton airport, a 10 minute walk. Bus from train station will drop you at a stop outside the HI Express. Rooms basic, clean and suitable for transit-overnight stay. Food in restaurant of good quality.
