“Good place to stay when in transit”

Hotel was in good condition and clean. Perfect for our needs which was as a quick over-night stop whilst in transit.

simple accommodation,but has good beds, the rooms are clean and breakfast is included in the price; but for a short stay to catch a flight, it's very convenient. It's the closest hotel to the airport - a 10+ minute walk with a suitcase. A great feature is that breakfast starts at 0400 - continental, but all that you might need at that hour, with hot courses served from 0630. I appreciated that very much -especially having coffee! Close to one of the runways but rooms are sound proof so noise not an issue. I'd certainly use the hotel again

A convenient practical hotel when flying to or from London Luton

“Get up early if you want breakfast!”

Hotel was clean and in very convenient location. Arriving late at night we weren't sure what sort of reception we'd receive but the receptionist was extremely helpful and even arranged 3 rooms on same floor for our large party of guests. After a good night sleep we headed down for breakfast in the morning to find that all the food, even plates had been used and nothing left with still 30 minutes before the scheduled finish time. Upon querying with the waitress (who had limited English) we were told in a very abrupt manner that the chef had finished and we were out of luck. Our party of 8 including 3 children had to go in search of alternative places for breakfast - difficult when you are on the airport site. What started off as a good hotel experience upon arrival turned sour at the end with unfriendly staff and no breakfast.

“Absolutely a must stay if travelling form Luton airport”

We would highly recommend this hotel if travelling from Luton airport. We took a bus from London to the airport and the hotel was within walking distance. Breakfast was included in the price and was available very early. The rooms were comfortable and clean. If you require food then you probably would be better off getting a taxi into Luton. We took food and was able to microwave it (the microwave was available on the ground floor). All in all a pleasant stay. A good price and value for money. We would definately stay there again.

“Unfriendly Night Manager”

Phoned up 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask for an extra bed to be put in the room. The women said that was fine and she has noted it on the system. She also said it was free of charge! Brilliant!! Stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and thought it was great, that's why we booked it again. Anyway, we arrive at the hotel, check in, told by the 'Night Manager' we'll get what we asked for when I asked about the bed, we get to the room, no extra bed! Ring the unfriendly guy on reception, told 'Tough luck, we don't do that'. Offered me extra duvets so the extra body could sleep on the floor!!! Nice hotel and good location, but the unfriendly american night manager has put me off staying at this hotel again.

Very happy with immaculate room, did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on that. Easy check-in & out, staff pleasant enough, no issues at all.
