“Very impressed”

We stayed in this hotel for our first night in New England after a long flight across the pond and a tense drive [left hand driv car, opposite side of the road, unfamiliar road layouts etc] from Logan Airport, and found it to be extremely comfortable and welcoming. The warm choc chip cookie on check-in was a nice touch too!

“Meets expectations”

For the most part you get what you expect from a hotel in this chain - decent size room, furnished to a good standard and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful though the world's most miserable waitperson serving breakfast in the morning made me resort to room service (massive improvement). Bring earplugs - mainly because of the a/c & heat, even when switched to manual it switches on at random times but also the sound insulation is not perfect.
