Good for one night. We had 2 rooms, they were clean but very old and updated. The doors are old and banged up, they lock but still feels like anyone can just open it! Also the doors are facing the parking lot, so you can hear everytime someone walks by. The building looks historic, which is very nice but it does need a remodeling asap!!!

Love the location, Walking around the inlet waters to the side of the property was really pretty. Breakfast was a large selection, the biscuits and gravy were good. Very convenient location

Rooms smelled. Elevator smelled like garbage had been hauled in it, trash on the floor of elevator q tips used rm door was very hard to open and shut.

Without question the worst Quality inn we have ever stayed in It was dirty and needed a much needed paint job Would not recommend this to anyone

You pay for what you get. Rooms need a major update. The lights had an orange ring around all lights. Carpet was ripped the door looked like it got kicked in. Had to change rooms due to so much wrong in the room. It would be nice rooms if they redid everything. The staff was the best part so kind. Please update your hotel.

While the location and staff of the property was nice, helpful and the rooms were clean, the overall property was a little run down. Overall, it was a good experience.

I liked the area pretty close to eateries and a starbucks on the corner. The room itself was old the rusty lamp shades threw me off, also the carpet shows its age, but for the price its a good clean bed and bathroom if that all you need.

This stay was stressful and unpleasant. Did not feel safe walking outside after dark due to people hanging out in the hallways, panhandling. Had to have maintenance on site with 15 minutes due to key card issues, the door handle was almost completely rusted off. Would not move rooms but instead “tightened” the handle. The second room we had, the phone did not work. When brought to front desk attention, response was ok, I’ll see what I can do. The toliet in either room couldn’t be flushed without getting clogged or constant water flowing. When first walking into the room, no tissues or toliet paper. Had to go to front desk immediately to get it. Also, never mentioned to us regarding the pool closed. I called a week before check in, the morning of check in and mentioned the kids excited to swim in down time and never mentioned it’s closed for the season. Just a very unpleasant and uncomfortable visit for a single mother and children for the mini vacation.

The area is nice and is located around a lot convenient places in town, But the bathroom inside our room looked dirty. The toilet had pee on the toilet and the bath walls were moldy. Outside of the bathrooms the hotel itself was ok and affordable.

Our bathroom did not work and the toilet.. they did not clean our rooms or take our trash out…she act like she did not care if we use the bathroom or not…. We waited 3 hours for the man to come and fix it …..every day it was something… it was terrible

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway trip. We were very happy with our stay here. Staff was helpful and kind; plenty of parking; walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping; it's so close to everything. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because its just a lil dated here; which we didn't mind, but there are probably others that it would. Will stay here again on our next trip to Beaufort.

As an inspector of fire protection systems I feel like I must contact the local and state Fire Marshall about what I seen at this property. Besides that the room was dirty and the beds you could roll off they were so slanted. When we walked into the room the ac was set to 86! The breakfast was horrible the oj was vomit as well the gravy for the biscuits. Only thing edible was the prepackaged cereal.
