Rooms comfortable, clean and beds sleep well. Facility somewhat outdated..... microwave in room is small, very used and 'bargain rate' item. Small refrigerator adequate. Facility could stand a few structural upgrades, but what they have is kept up. Outdoor pool and very small spa modest but clean. During our stay the hotel was fully booked, but they kept up with most things. Had one problem with staff when I needed to report loud music in next room after 10pm. Inexperienced lady at desk 'offered me' someone to walk thru the hall but insisted she could not request guests observe quiet hour; she had difficulty understanding my need for hotel to manage situation and not 'offer me' an empty nicety......but provide a reasonably livable room per our contract. Although this lady told me she was the only one available to talk with, more experienced staff stepped up and managed the situation. My mother and me had a good night's sleep. They provide small coffee pot in room, and coffee in lobby area in a.m. is gratis. They provide breakfast but only at full buffet price. (Buffet price is moderate considering the full country breakfast available). I would bring my mother here again. Staff very polite, considerate and pleasant on most part during a 4 night stay.

“very satisfactory”

Although not what I consider a "luxury" hotel, it was very satisfactory and I would return. My only criticism is that the restaurant was out of some items on the menu and the snack/ sundries store did not have much of a selection. In addition, room service had limited hours, so in order to have breakfast early enough to arrive at our meetings in the mornings we had to go to a nearby supermarket and buy breakfast items. This was OK as there was a refrigerator in the room.

“Beaufort SC hotel”

Our stay at this hotel was great! It's a beautiful property, the room was comfortable and the breakfast is excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I gave the "cleanliness" rating only a 4 because one of the days our room was not cleaned (probably because we slept in late one morning, barely made the breakfast cut-off and came back to the room when the staff was cleaning the room next door). The neighborhood is just ok. We stopped to pick up some drinks at a gas station down the road and felt uncomfortable with the clientele hanging out so went somewhere else. All in all, if you're looking for a great place to stay in Beaufort (near to the MCAS and Parris Island), stay here!

“Staff was amazing”

The last time I stayed in beaufort I was very disappointed with the place I chose to stay. After reading reviews and searching online I decided to try the hilton. The staff at the hilton garden inn in beaufort were outstanding. To me the staff and the cleanliness of a hotel are the deciding factors in liking where you stay. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and they accomodated our every need. The room was spotless with extra towels and wash rags. We couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay.

“Parris Island Graduation”

Overall we we very impressed. The room was nice. Our only problem was is that we couldn't sleep because of the mattress. We tried adjusting it but it still did not help. We really missed our bed at home.

the front desk recomended using a local taxi was great. parking was $10 and the taxi for the4 of us was $7. very friendly and informative driver.

“Very nice except for the hotel staff.”

The rooms and accomodations were very nice. The hotel staff acted like they did not care if you stayed there or not. Had to wait to check in so the Desk clerk could finish her conversation with someone in the restauant.
