Perfect hotel for families. Breakfast was great and patio seating was so nice. Room was spacious for our family to spread out. Roof top pool was nice but needed extended hours. No hot tub. Easy walk to metro station even for my little ones. Made visiting DC very easy and much cheaper.
I stayed for only one day so I can't say much about my stay. Everything appeared to be clean and beautiful. When I arrived the staff was very nice. Including what appeared to be a maintenance man. I went to a show and came back around 10 pm from the show and proceeded to check my car into the garage. I was surprised to learn that parking was $15.00. I said nothing to the clerk about this. However, the clerk at that time did not seem to be very friendly (which is why I gave a 4 to my hotel staff rating). She could have been tired or having a bad day. Over all the staff was very easy to talk to and friendly. I enjoyed talking to the older gentleman that I think was maintenance. Nice guy :)

We were taking our granddaughter to a conference and only stayed one night. Staff was very helpful in giving us directions on where to eat and how to get to our destination. We enjoyed a continental breakfst in the morning and sat outside in the little Courtyard. It was a very nice experience.

Very nice and helpful, courteous and polite. Great advisors for my tours and visits,
I would like to mention Disphan, Darnell, Viola and Adeline. They were the most helpful out of everybody and really welcoming to me.
I was impressed by how new, clean, and nice everything was laid out. I had a late check-in, but no issues with my stay. Parking is free on weekends so that was a major plus, as most DC-area hotels charge a fortune. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The metro station is right across the street and it's only about a half hour away from the monuments. It's location is perfect as it's close enough to the center of DC, but far enough from any city traffic.
The only issue I had, which is a minor one, is that Wifi isn't free. Breakfast is also an extra charge, so I didn't try it. I can't comment on the food, but unless you want to pay the fee, I recommend eating out.
Having said that, I was very pleased with my stay and would absolutely stay here again given the chance.
