Pros: nothing
Cons: Train the front desk staff to lose their attitude and pretend they like their job. Clean the place.
Room had not been vacuumed, no toilet paper in the room, front desk could not have cared less.

Nice location but hotel itself is bad.

Hotel lobby floor was dirty. I don't think I can recommend this specific location to my friends. Dirty linens were in the lobby floor and floor hallways.

Terrible service

Upon checking in, we were switched 3 times. The first room was not cleaned which Stephanie, the manager had assigned to us. The second room was under maintenance and the maintenance staff was putting caulk around the tub which required 24hrs to set. The third room's fixtures were broken and there was a used roll of toilet paper on the commode. Then we were assigned 2 separate rooms and because the hotel did not have any other rooms available. We left the hotel and went to our business meeting. Upon returning, the hotel deactivated our room keys and we had to return to the front desk where they stated that payment needed to be made on the 2 rooms for the duration of the stay. We told the lady that the room had been paid for and explained the situation again since they could not understand the problems we were having upon first arriving at this hotel. She stated that's ok and activated the keys. Upon check out, she instructed us that maybe if we spoke to the manager over Stephanie, then maybe they will comp one of the rooms. Again, we explained our stay had already been paid for and another charge should not appear on the credit card.

Pros: room was spacious
Cons: It took 40 minutes to check into hotel. Only one person working behind desk, answering phone, etc. Three people were in front of me in line.
There was no shampoo and no blowdryer in the room. I had to go looking for some at a gas station. The front office never told me they keep it behind the front desk. That was a pain!

The staff are very helpful and very ready to assist. I was very impressed since I have stayed here a few times they are always nice and courteous. It is a great location near restaurants and shopping!!!

decent choice while visiting family in the area

Pros: Proximity to family, suitable location.
Cons: bed comfort, room cleanliness (a bit), housekeeping.
While we didn't spend much time in the room, it was nice having a refrigerator and some additional space and seating available. The bed was uncomfortable! The bathroom had not been sufficiently cleaned in advance of our arrival with dried soap scum remaining on the sink. We were also not thrilled with the lack of housekeeping service during our stay.

Nice hotel in great area

Pros: great area and close to where I needed to be.
Cons: maybe checking up on the rooms to make sure they are well stocked.
Location: There are great restaurants ans shopping very close by. In walking distance is Red Lobster.
I really enjoy this hotel. The only negative was there were no towels in the room which I didn't notice until the next morning when I needed them. But everything else was great. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
