“Very Impressed”

The hotel was conveniently located. Very nice restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and very clean. The bar area and restaurant was clean. The morning breakfast was vry busy to wait in line for cooked to order food but the food was very good.

“Not a 3.5 Star Hotel By Any Means”

The condition of the rooms at this hotel is less than desireable. The first room they gave us had popcorn all over the floor, so we had to switch rooms. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas and there was a musty smell. At best, this is a 2-2.5 star hotel.

“good business hotel”

This was a good hotel to be in for business, getting back late left very few dinner options in the surrounding area ( unless you fight traffic and go 15 miles away). It compares well with other Embassy Suites I have stayed in for work outings.

“Stay away”

Dirty room and linen, Drain plugged, one towel in a King Suite???? Key did not work after hotel reprogrammed 3 times we gave up and kept door open

“looking forward to going back”

Had a great time!!!! Front desk hotel staff was excellent!!! Continental breakfast was also excellent!!! Work out room was excellent!!! Room was excellent!!! Restaurant was excellent!!! Here are a few things that were that could be improved.......Room service forgot to come a few times, and toilet paper was needed. Feather pillows were a little uncomfortable and finally the New Years Eve ghetto weeding which required two separate police departments, fire and rescues squad was a interesting!!!!!!

Beachwood - great shopping and resturants Cleverland Heights - Conentry, Cedar Lee theatre, also good reaturants Downtown - Cavs game, 4th street, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
