I was traveling it was late at night and I booked hotel. When I arrived they had sign on the door they they were no longer the so called hotel and did not honor any reservations made on line. Spent hour on phone with hotels.com trying to get a refund (told it was a non refundable booking) how can you have a "non refundable booking" if so called hotel no longer exists? Was told someone would contact me via email. Still waiting.
