“Fast, Economical and Easy.”

My stay at the Crossland Economy Suites hotel on Sherwood Forest Blvd in Baton Rouge was perfect. I received a great deal on a clean room with nice cold AC and uninterrupted cable service. I travel a lot on a limited budget and this hotel fits my needs perfectly. The staff was fast and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know and I will always book my future stays through Expedia - it was fast and accurate. Thanks Crossland Economy Suites and thanks Expedia!

“not bad for the price”

a bit of mildew on the ceiling, but hey, for 40 bucks a night u don't get the waldorf astoria. conveniently located close to gas stations and restaurants. all in all, a good choice.

“Fine for one night”

This seemed to be more of a hotel for people to live at, not a vacation hotel. We didn't have maid service every day, they only came once a week. There wasn't even a bath mat outside of the shower! And the carpet was pretty gross! If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it'll do just fine.

“A place to sleep”

Convienient location and reasonable rates make this a decent place to stay for a night or two. The room was not as clean as it could have been and there's no daily maid service. We spent very little time there and it was just your basic place to sleep and take a shower. Staff was friendly and it was quiet while we were there over a weekend.

“Not Impressed”

The room was a non-smoking room but there was a strong odor of the chemicals used to kill the smoke smell. The chemicals didn't work that well. There was a large crack in the shower stall floor. Don't know if it leaked on the room below or not. I took showers anyway. The bed linens had a burn hole in one of the sheets. Sheets were clean as was the room. If price is the biggest consideration, I would possibly go back.

“Decent when "on the cheap".”

Bare bones, but very inexpensive. Good place to crash for the night while traveling. Would not recommend as a "stay for entire visit" hotel.
