discreetly situated in the centre of the Royal Crescent, period style furnishings and decorations, extremely comfortable and with extremely helpful and engaged staff, amazing view from room - a 'classic' room at the top of the mansion house
The hotel is a little outside Bath and hard to get to it without a car. It is beautiful and the room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. The room was very modern with a new beautiful bathroom. The service was amazing, especially from our bellman. The breakfast in the morning was really good with a huge buffet.
Queensberry was lovely. We arrived at 930 am after an overnight flight from NYC. The staff informed us that normal check in time was 3pm but they could probably get us in earlier, and thank goodness they did. When we did check in, they also informed us that there was some painting going on in the room below us. It certainly didn't sound like painting. More like a UFC match. Anyway, the staff was nice enough to move us to a different room.
Rooms were lovely, especially the bath tub.

Lovely hotel I chose this one as my husbands father use to be the gardener there 50 years ago and my husband family use to live in lodge in the grounds. The house had been extended but has kept in the the same style as it was 50 years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful when my husband was asking about the hotel. We also went exploring in Bath and was given the best place to park our car. My husband knew where he wanted to visit in Bath and we had a great stay at the hotel.
The only thing I would say that was a bit of a let down was the prices in the restaurant and the size of the portions.
The cleanliness could of been a bit cleaner on our carpet in our room. And we mention that the dining room chair down the sides and back were full of crumbs.
They were extremely accommodating we came in at the last minute. The staff was extremely attentive spent time giving us the highlights of the city. Upgraded our room. Delicious dinner was wonderful they were able to get us in, again at the last minute.

Pratts Hotel is situated less than 5 minutes away from Bath Spa station. It's a beautiful sprawling bulidng. I shared a large double room with a friend, two very comfortable single bed, all amenities. Our room overlooked the architectually splendid looking Catholic Church, but then if you love architecture which I do, then Bath is like a tasty feast.
