“Would love to return”

The Garmin UK download does not list the street but it was fairly easy to find once we got to the correct side of town. This is in no part the fault of Aquae Sulis' add. The owners and staff were very nice a helpful. It was geat that they have onsite parking which is a huge plus!

“Wonderful stay!”

Bed and Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The back garden area was my favorite place, very charming and peaceful, great place to visit with friends or a loved one. Has a wonderful little pub, which is great for a night cap. Stayed in the Sally Lunn room, had a very nice bathroom, tea / coffee service, comfy beds, and a fireplace. Breakfast was great, arriving earlier is better though. My only complaint is the distance from the B&B to the heart of Bath. Would have liked to walk into Bath, but staff was very helpful with bus times and routes, so it all worked out. Would absolutely stay here again.

Dining
When in Bath, a restaurant that is an absolute must is Sally Lunn, prices are low for the quality of food you get. The famous Sally Lunn buns are amazing, but the rest of the meal was just are great. I had the duck which was fabulous, the orange sauce drizzled on top was the best, it was all served on top of a large slice of bread that soaked up the orange sauce and the duck. Each bit was as amazing as it melted into a wonderful array of flavors on my tongue.

“The very best of B & B's”

We stayed a couple of days at the Aquae Sulis on our way to join a cruise ship in Southampton and could not have chosen better -a true 5 star without the hotel or price tag. It was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained and comfortable, bus stops outside the door, parking at the door, breakfast excellent and service with a smile all the way. Had a great time- thanks Aquae Sulis. Satisfied Aussie PS: Forgot the lovely garden where we enjoyed a glass or two of wine.
