“Recommend Only For People With A Limited Budget”

I was impressed with the comfort of the bed/mattress considering the condition of the hotel. Staff was friendly. It was a quiet stay.

“Room OK...Maintenace Lacking”

Our room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was dirty. The elevator was ancient , and the door didn't work. (We finally gave up on it. ) We were told that a new elevator door was on order. The price was reasonable. Good for an overnight.

“Would not Return”

Positive: bed was comfortable! Negatives: a. AC unit did not function properly - constantly turning on/off b. Entry door latch didn't work c. Elevator door not working; the release on the door would make it slam against the jam - I almost got my hand smashed in it d. no available power outlets in the room - unless the lamps were unplugged e. hallway carpet suffered from a guest with a dog that defecated on the carpet which was then spread by someone else walking in it. Overall, not the best experience I've had with other Travelodge or similar hotels. I would definitely not visit again.

Having experienced other hotel/motel stays elsewhere, this was . an experience to rember. management and siaff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. thanks. If they can be rated higher do it.

“Easy range to Darien Lake”

We needed to stay close to Darien Lake Amusment Park and Batavia, and Travelodge were a good choice.

“What?!”

The hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel, so there are not spaces close to entrances or the rooms. The elevator is big enough for maybe three people and has a scissor-hinge closure, watch your fingers! Our room was small with furniture that made the room even more crowded and a cigarette hole burned onto the bed spread. The bathroom was small with no counter space.

check in at 1am ,the clerk was very friendly,i slept well even though my frind had problems, something to do with his nose i guess. i would have liked a bagel & peanut butter in the morning. thanks Doug

“Pleasant Surprise”

On arriving at the hotel after driving 8 hours from Cincinnati, I found the staff to be courteous, informative and very friendly. My room was nicely appointed, clean and everything was in good working order. They have a nice breakfast, lounge for happy hour and a work out room, all very nicely run and maintained. I was really surprised at the amenities for such a reasonable price. I am now a big fan of the Batavia Travelodgee and will be back. This hotel is under new ownership and they are working hard to be very good at what they do. i recommend this place happily.

Aweful place!!!!! Never again will I stay at Travelodge!!!!!!!!!!! Outlets didn't work. Only slept 4 not 5 like I was told. Something sticky oozing out of the walls. Dried blood on the sheets. It was just aweful!!!!!
