The front desk attendant was cordial and helpful with local directions. The buffet breakfast was very good--including yogurt, sausage, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, and skim milk, which is seldom available.

After a long and exhausting drive, it was great to be able to relax comfortably. There were a few uncomplicated choices for eating in the vicinity, which made it easy to grab a bite and get back to the hotel. It was far enough off the highway that it was quiet. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Booking through Expedia saved some money and made check in easy.

decent hotel at a fair price. A little noisy next to a busy road other than that no negatives i can think of .

“Will Return!!”

Spent night here before heading to Darien Lake Theme Park. Greeted at front desk by Carly, very nice young lady. Gave us a few hints on shopping in Batavia. Room had 2 queen beds, quite spacious with mini fridge & microwave. Linen was clean. Windows were covered with plastic as they were in the midst of painting the hotel, not a big deal. Nice pool & hot tub room, but unfortunately, went to use hot tub & it was cold (but pool was clean & warm). Carly did her best to contact maintenance to help her figure out how to heat up the hot tub, kept in contact with us, but couldn't get it done. Oh well, the tv in the room was great, so we spent a family night watching it. Breakfast had a good variety of food & hard working wait staff while we were there (Monday, July 11.) We were very pleased & will be back (hopefully the hot tub will be hot next time!!!)

“Hampton Inn Batavia”

The room was not properly maintained. We needed to prop the closet door shut and the bathroom door would not close.

“Good clean hotel, acceptable hot breakfast”

We spent the night here on the way to Niagara falls. Its just off the NY Thruway in Batavia, NY. The hotel appears to be new and is very clean. The hotel has an indoor pool and out 5 yr olds enjoyed it. They also have a hot tub. The Wifi is free. The morning hot breakfast is acceptable nothing special. They served hot waffles, sausages, omlets and scrambled eggs. They appeared to be premade and served preheated. They have coffee, bagels, pastries, cereal, juice and fruit. They serve warm cookies and cold lemonade in evening. For dinner, there are not many choices. The town is small and we found an Applebees about 4 mles away. For the price we got thru expedia it was well worth it.

“Would Stay Again”

This hotel was like any other Hampton Hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast selection was good.

People were extremely friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here during any future visit.

“Teenage Birthday Party A Success”

I had a birthday party for my 13 yo daughter and wanted to take her there to have a slumber party/pool party...The hotel staff in the evening was super helpful letting us use the dryer for clothes due to the one not working on the floor...the room was ok as we did find some evidence of the previous people (papers and a few other things on the floor)...overall the experience was good and the continental breakfast was reallky good--the girls (13 and under) really enjoyed that part of the morning! The pool and jacuzzi were a hit as well! Would definitely recommend this hotel to those driving through the area or want to get away for a night.
