Loved this place!! Well exceeded our expectations. We had a one bedroom which had a sitting room/kitchen and toilet on ground floor. First floor had a twin bedroom which was quite large as well as a full bathroom. Up the stairs to the second floor - was a private roof deck with beautiful views!
Pool was very nice too. Not too windy which was great. Will absolutely stay here again.

We decided on a late season holiday in the Algarve knowing the weather would still be warm/hot. We were not disappointed. Mid 80's every day. We arrived at our apartment/ hotel 2 hours before check in and were greeted by a lovely friendly member of staff who made sure our apartment was ready immediately - changing our apartment to suit our arrival. You won't be disappointed. It took minutes to check in during which the receptionist provided us with a map of where we were in relation to the main town and shops/restaurants.
We then went to our apartment which was beautiful. Very big, large entrance hall, large double bedroom, very large lounge/ kitchenette. The kitchen had a large fridge, two electric cooker rings, a big microwave oven, kettle and full set of pans, plates and cutlery. Everything was spotless.
We had a pool view which was lovely, especially at night when the two outdoor pools were lit up.
Lovely restaurant, gym, jacuzzi, solarium and two indoor pools also.
Just around the corner (turn left out of main entrance, walk a short distance to the end of the road, turn right and walk another short distance - 5 minutes max) there is a great supermarket/shop,and four restaurants/bars. Great when you have been out/busy all day and don't want to walk into town. Having said that a walk to the centre of town is no more than a 15 minute walk.
Special mention for that supermarket next to the Chinese restaurant - fabulous selection price welcome.
We have just returned from a great week. Inn Seventies is a great place to stay. Right in the heart of Lagos. The rooms are large and clean. the roof top breakfast has lots of choice and such a beautiful setting to start your day. Anna is very helpful and always around if you need help.
It is 5 mins walk from the free car park into the town. 10 mins walk to the beach. 10 mins walk to train station where you can travel to Faro / Portimao. There are boat trips and lovely costal walks.
We hired a car but you could stay for a week and not need one.
There are so many restaurants, shops, cafes, it is a beautiful city.
Top tip ;- If you are hiring a car from the airport do your reserch as to where to park to access Lagos. You cannot drive in as its car free so you need to find the car park and do the short walk in. Not a problem once you get your bearings.
Only negative is dont expect a swimming pool on the roof it is just a paddling pool, but gives a lovely setting for breakfast and when you go up in the evening for a drink and people watch - great fun !!!
It was in a good location and very spacious. The view was okay. The cleanliness and overall facilities were good. The bed was uncomfortable. We rented a car so the garage space was great. It was very nice to have a fully functional kitchen. we only had two people there. If there is a group of people this would be ideal.

Locations was terrific, the views were awesome, staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast was way better than average, pool was cold but very nice! For the price it far exceeded our expectations. The town is great as well.
We stayed at Marsol for four nights in June 2013 having stayed previously in 2011. It was still as good as before and it was good to see that standards had been maintained.
The room, grounds and pool were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping visited daily and reception was open 24 hours. Reception staff were helpful and allowed us to check-in early and to upgrade to a larger room for 20 euros. They also phoned a taxi for us when requested. A hairdryer was provided upon request and we paid 15 euros to use the safe in our room which was returned at the end of our stay.
The free Wi-Fi in reception was very much appreciated and we had a quick game of very basic but enjoyable crazy golf on site. We visited the nearby Intermarche to buy food for breakfast and lunch and also washing up liquid and sponges. There is a small table and chairs outside the front door of the apartments and we sat outside and ate breakfast each morning. The pool is small but was not busy and we enjoyed floating about on a lilo, often alone.
Overall, it is a very quiet site and the nearby road sounds are not imposing. However, on the final night I could hear music coming from quite a distance away, although this did not continue into the night and finished at about 11-11:30pm.
I would recommend Marsol as it is good value for money and clean. It is walking distance from the supermarket, a few cafes and then a downhill walk to the beach, marina and town.
Dinis and his staff are wonderful. The room was clean, pretty, and sizeable. A lovely touch was flower petals on the bed on our last night. The breakfast is excellent with a huge choice. The whole complex is very tastefully laid out, with three small pools to laze by the side of. The location is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Doña Ana and Camilo in a nice quiet end of town. My girlfriend and I loved our stay and didn't want to leave.
