“Room service not good”

I was quite happy with this hotel at the beginning. But the day before leaving, I went out in the morning and came back in the early afternoon, and nobody had made up my room yet. Later I was trying to rest, when around 16pm somebody entered in my room (even if it was locked from the interior, I imagine the situation if I was busy doing something ...). When she saw me getting up from the bed, she ran anyway and, one hour later, she came back, and said that this was my last chance to have the room made up, because she was going to finish her service soon. I asked her 5 minutes to get dressed and go out, as it was scheduled, but she didn't want to wait and so it was me to waited for her to finish the room and then I could get ready to go out. Not so nice.

Un hotel de très bon niveau récemment rénové au coeur de Biarritz pour accéder aussi rapidement au shopping, à la balade et à la plage. Propre, calme, chic et sobre

Incontournables pour l'ambiance : Bar Jean près des Halles et Bar Basque pour ses tapas au centre. Les restaus du port des pécheurs pour le site L'Opale pour sa situation, sa terrase donnant sur la grande plage et son côté gastronomique à prix raisonnable

Un hotel tout beau avec une belle déco trés actuelle; accueil trés sympa, petit-déjeuner trés copieux, en plein centre de biarritz.
