very budget hotel. you enter thru a side door and hardly ever see any of the hotel staff. which was fine for me. the lights in the stairwell and hallways are always turned off, and rarely turn on with the motion sensor. so it could be a potential problem for some, and quite scary for others. the shower is a plastic booth installed, and not a real "shower" per se.
if you're on the street side, it's quite noisy as it's on a hill and the mopeds and trucks are quite loud going up the hill. i didn't know the shutters can close, so it was quite bright in the room. there's no A/C, but a wobbly fan that suffices.
