The hotel is located in the center of Biarritz. The staff is very welcoming. The room is spacious and has street view. The bed is large and comfortable. The free WiFi is very good.

Pleasant and peaceful
The hotel is very nice, once you find it. Biarritz is not hard to figure out once you've walked around a bit but for first timers it appears maze-like. The owners were very nice, friendly, and helpful tips for getting the most out of the town. The room was comfortable while French in size. Bed was good with crisp linens. Heater in room was not great. Thank goodness for the extra blanket. Shower was good but a bit tight, I am not a large person. Breakfast was an option which I did not exercise but price was competetive. Location was very good for walking all over. On a slight incline but nothing strenuous. Close to bus routes. Overall a very pleasant and quiet stay. Would stay again as single or family.

Location is excellent (a little noisy at morning). I'ts expencive place for rather modest hotel. But it's market. Check-in was earlier. Thanks.

Nice place need to improve mattresses
The mattresses were hard and we both got back ache and we mentioned it to the owner who pointed out I had taken a ‘standard room’ we paid more for a twin room on last night of 3 but I’m not sure a mattress should dictate how much you pay for a room? Good position in Biarritz and very clean hotel. No lift at the hotel though.

very budget hotel
very budget hotel. you enter thru a side door and hardly ever see any of the hotel staff. which was fine for me. the lights in the stairwell and hallways are always turned off, and rarely turn on with the motion sensor. so it could be a potential problem for some, and quite scary for others. the shower is a plastic booth installed, and not a real "shower" per se. if you're on the street side, it's quite noisy as it's on a hill and the mopeds and trucks are quite loud going up the hill. i didn't know the shutters can close, so it was quite bright in the room. there's no A/C, but a wobbly fan that suffices.

Modest Hotel 1block from Dramatic Ocean Views!
Charming Basque hotel in totally walkable old city with inspiring views, 1 block from ocean, farmers market, & great dining choices. 10 minute walk from train station and near $200 rooms.

Sun shine
We had a greaat time. The owners were very good about sending us confirmation notices and directions. The location is close to the beach and the outdoor market. The tapas in the pubs near by were local delights and the drinks were refreshing and fairly priced.

Smart rooms - looks in good shape
Good town centre location, easy walk to all the amenities. Really friendly staff, happy to help both before and during the stay. Very clean, good continental breakfast at the morning if requested. Looks like the room had been recently decorated, with a new bathroom and HD tv. Unfortunately room was below road level - so just a view of a wall - but as I was only using it after dark, not a big deal.

Lo que mas me gusto del Hotel fue el personal que había allí. Que llegue tarde por la noche pero tuve culpa de no mirar la contraseña para acceder a la habitación, me encontre a unas personas alojadas allí, intentaron conectar con los propietarios y los propietarios tardaron pero lo importante que vinieron y no me dejaron en la calle. Con eso me alegre muchisimo.

Très bon hôtel, parfaitement situé, proche du centre tout en étant au calme. Le personnel a été très sympa et j'y ai passé une très bonne nuit avec ma fille de 8 ans !
