Beautiful luxurious small hotel based in the centre of palma.
Extremely friendly and hospitality is faultless. The rooms and decor are set in a traditional Spanish style which are all of a top class standard, uing only the best fixtures and fittings.
Everything is 5 star and it undoubtedly deserves the rating awarded.
Very hip and trendy, yet warm and cosy
The staff make all the difference - very personal, very helpful and very efficient
Sosa at the front desk was excellent and gave very helpful tips and guidance to make my Palma visit most memorable
Room was large, spotless clean and very trendy, beds super comfortable, quaint terrace, lovely courtyard....
Spent a long weekend in Palma at the end of a 10-day trip to Mallorca. We wanted a hotel in a good location, away from the tackier areas but near enough to the centre of the city that we could easily walk to the major attractions, beach etc. Palma Suites fulfilled all of that and more. The place is fantastically located, just 10 minutes walk from the beach and maybe 15 mins from the cathedral.
Very attentive staff. Lovely roof terrace and spa including a small indoor pool. Historic building with only 12 rooms, close to the promenade near the sea front, in the old town. Good atmosphere and ambiance, We liked the furnishings and pictures.
The hotel is in the centre of Palma so is close to the Plaza Espana and good for public transport. The hotel would suit businness travellers and people on a short stay. We stayed for eight days for a holiday and something more spacious with a balcony would have been better. The room was very clean although the glasses were not washed every day and some fittings were a little shabby such as the bathroom door. We were on the ninth floor and had a conventional metal key to our room, some rooms on the lower floors used swipe key cards and I suspect that they had been refurbished more recently. The breakfast buffets were quite good and the breakfast staff very pleasant. Staff at reception were polite but not particularly friendly.

The 3 star hotel enjoys a privileged location in the centre of the city close to the most exclusive shopping and commercial …More
We stayed in a Calatrava Suite, which was based on the second floor. The room was large and airy, with a pleasant balcony area, although not high enough to get a good view of the sea. If we stayed here again we would ask for a room on the fourth or fifth floor. Just a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and 15 minutes to the marina. Walking back at night not a problem as the area was well lit. Based in the old town area we got a good nights sleep even with the balcony door open. Noise from the main road, the other side of the park was not bothersome. Palma is a lovely place with plenty to do, we had two full days but wished that we could have stayed another two days to fit everything in. Plenty of places to eat within 15 minutes of the hotel. Everyone we dealt with, both at the hotel and outside were friendly and helpful.
The Brondo Architect Hotel is the ideal location to visit and see Palma. The hotel is central and most of the city sights are within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants are also close with a good selection of Tapas bars in the older part of the city. The hotel provides a comfortable base with helpful staff ready to assist where required. The food is good and reasonably priced.
I would return to the hotel which is a good recommendation.
Stayed in Raphael and Rem. A bit small but absolutely fine for our stay.
Great central location, beautiful building with fantastic design. Friendly and helpful staff. Only issue is because of the location, you cannot avoid some noise intrusion in your room. Take earplugs for a good night's sleep! Would recommend and would certainly return.
"Very swanky modern hotel in the centre of Palma."
Great reception staff, very helpful and friendly. Right in the centre, convenient. Comfortable quiet rooms, clean and modern. Can't ask for anything else, except maybe a pool but that was not a priority.
