“Great Hotel, Great Staff”

The hotel was very close to the Basel/Mulhouse airport (5 minutes) with a free city bus (#50) or a free shuttle from the hotel. The people were unbelievably accommodating. We were on a one week bicycle trip and staying at the hotel on our last night only. They allowed us to store our bicycle cases at the hotel for an entire week while we were on the trip - and then pick up the bike cases on the last night when we stayed at the hotel. They took us from the airport to the hotel on Day 1 - and we weren't even staying at the hotel that day. We were very pleased on the last day to find the hotel rooms very spacious by European standards, nice shower, bed very comfortable and very clean. Again the staff were very helpful, giving us directions to town and helping us make all connections. They were great.

“Excellent value”

Got an excellent rate on this hotel and were not disappointed. Well appointed room. We even had champagne in our room because we were staying for 2 nights! We were offered orange juice or water while we were checking in and also rec'd bus passes to get us around the city. A fantastic hotel.

“Excellent location and superb service”

Conveniently located to both the Basel airport and on the bus line for a short ride to the train station. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with information and assistance on the best connections for our further travel. Very impressed with the service provided by the staff, and the hotel was spotless. Highly recommend!!

“close to transport, free parking. good aircon.”

really nice hotel, modern, comfy and close to bus transport and airport. we were given free transport vouchers for city buses and trams so that was great too. the staff were very helpful and had lots of good information on getting around.

“relaxing and pleasant stay”

This is a slightly unusal hotel, I've never been given my towels by the check in clerk before...but it is very good, the rooms although compact are comfortable with big flat screen TV, good shower and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet. It is situated in a industrial part of the town but very near to the border (a few hundred metres) and the bus into town goes frm outside the hotel 5/6 times an hour and you get a free pass at the hotel! The buffet breakfast is expensive but very good with lots of choice and all of good quality. I liked the free bottled water in reception and the checkin staff were helpful and took there time to explain the transport options. Altogether, I much better accomodation choice than any of the mainstream hotels.
