“very bad expirience”

Very bad hotel. Although they stated they have a parking - they dont! The bathroom is so small that person above 6 ft tall cannot sit on the toilet seat! Rooms are very dirty and matresses are very, very unconfortable... we could not wait to leave the hotel... it is nothing like the photos they presented on the expedia!

“Handy for the tram to town and for light shopping in the garage nearby”

This was my second visit, so overall I like it at the Esplanade. On this occasion the wi-fi signal was strong, but still retains its odd quirks which reduce its useability. My room had some slight defects like lack of shower curtain, but nothing that could not be handled. I would come here again, if only for the ease of travel with the super-regular triple tram lines that go to Gare Central and the other parts of the city. Good value overall.

“Just what I wanted”

The staff were polite, helpful and happy to speak English (fluently too). The bathroom of the room was aging slightly with the bath not emptying properly, but otherwise the room was clean, tidy and warm. About a 15min walk to the centre of town, but the trams stop right outside also. Nothing elaborate but perfect for somewhere to rest for the evening.

Hotel tres bien situé idéal pour se déplacer sans voiture. Equipe sympa l'hotel est simple mais confortable. Seul bémol j'ai trouvé que la chambe était vraiment trop chauffée.

Hôtel assez bien situé car à proximité d'un arrêt de tram quoique totalement excentré. L'état des chambres est quelque peu rebutant car des réparations devraient être faites de toute urgence (fissures immenses dans les murs; pas de rideau de douche dans la sdb...). Le service est correct; le personnel aimable. Les bagages peuvent être laissés à l'accueil pour la journée. Le prix est exagéré par rapport au confort qui est très limite.

“Inconvénients de l'environnement”

J'aurais préféré être informée que les toilettes se trouvaient sur le palier et qu'elles n'étais pas nettoyée tous les jours. Il fait très chaud en été et c'est irrespirable la nuit de plus le quartier est très bruyant parce qu'il est à coté de l'université et la circulation demeure dense presque toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. Cet hôtel reste pratique pour sa proximité avec l'université et sa proximité de la ligne C du tram, mais en soi ...

Das Hotel liegt an einer Kreuzung zweier Hauptverkehrsadern, dadurch war es relativ laut. Das Zimmer war sehr spärlich ausgestattet, kein Fön, viel zu kleines Doppelbett. Kein Schrank, weil einfach kein Platz vorhanden war. Das Zimmer war neu gestrichen, die restlichen Farbspritzer waren noch überall zu sehen. Eine Jugendgruppe, machte die ganze Nacht, bis morgens um 2h Party. Mann konnte in dieser Zeit zwar den Verkehr nicht hören, aber schlafen ging auch nicht. Das ganze Hotel, innen und außen macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Ich nicht wieder....

Hotel proche du tram donc assez facile pour circuler dans strasbourg. Si on est dans les 3 premiers étages, ça va, plus haut, l'eau chaude est difficile à avoir. Sinon c'est l'ensemble l'hotel est correct, drap propre, cadre propre.
