2/10 Terrible

"I upgraded my room to have a hot tub, the hot tub was extremely dirty and the water was a muddy colour. I washed it out 4 times and still nothing changed. I contacted front desk who just came upstairs to apologize and offered me no discount on my stay or anything at all. The next day they moved me to a different room and the same results happened again. I got fed up and just left and will never return. I know its not the fault of the staff for the rooms not being up to date or cleaned properly so when I was getting attitude for paying for something I didn't receive I was just stunned and stopped talking. Breakfast looked good but didn't try it."

"We always keep returning to this beautiful, comfy, relaxing and worth every penny! Rooms are always so clean and never have to worry about anything. Pool is fantastic and this hotel is amazing for families. Staff are always so welcoming and have also remembered us since we keep coming back every year! This stay we got upgraded to a queen suit room at no extra charge due to my family of 4. We will be returning! 100/100"
