Dejé olvidado un artículo de valor en la habitación el día del check-out que desde el momento que me di cuenta me comuniqué con el hotel con la Total confianza de recuperarlo pero sencillamente se perdieron y no hicieron nada al respecto pareciera que no les importa y me parece grave que en el hotel se pierdan las cosas. Personalmente no me da confianza que teniendo la certeza de que están en la habitación una vez habiendo salido de la misma no encuentren y sencillamente se pierdan las cosas. Que pena, esto cambio totalmente nuestra experiencia.

Tal como le comentáramos en el correo enviado, el articulo perdido no fue encontrado en su habitación, y además fue revisado el lavadero para descartar que no se hayan ido con los blancos y se le pidió descargo a la persona que realizó la limpieza luego de su check out. Nos apena mucho que crea que no nos importa dado que le fue comunicado el procedimiento realizado y el resultado de la búsqueda.Entendemos su malestar por la perdida del artículo, sinceramente no podemos comprobar que se hayan perdido aquí.Sin más, la saludamos muy cordialmente y esperamos tener la oportunidad de revertir su impresión.

The staff's attention is very good; they are cordial, attentive, and friendly. The environment is pleasant; the breakfast is good and the food in the restaurant is also good. The rooms are large, but not very well decorated. The quality of the construction is poor, and the ambience and decoration are average. The ambience music in the restaurant where breakfast and lunch are served after 8 pm is not adequate in terms of volume (too loud) and the incidence of bass sounds (not recommended for a restaurant). Also, the music from the kitchen sometimes overflows into the dining room, which is not recommended either. What specialists suggest is neutral, pleasant, quiet music at a delicate volume (I emphasize neutrality because this has nothing to do with personal preferences). I would also like to emphasize the importance of these details, especially in an environment such as Bariloche, in itself quiet, where rest is sought. It should be added that, in our particular case, due to the low quality structure of the building, the restaurant's music was heard every day in our room on the first floor. There are many links to expert recommendations on the subject. I think taking this into consideration would be an important plus. Thank you!

At the top of the hills (unpaved path so better to take the upper entrance). Great view, friendly staff, super clean (but the swimming pool), amazing breakfast.

Room was small, dingy and needs a rehab. Restaurant was good for breakfast & dinner. Thank goodness because there's no other options close by. Staff was very responsive and did a great job in cleaning very steep and twisty access road after overnight snow storm. Only stayed one night, but would probably look elsewhere for a repeat visit.

The last 500 meters to the hotel are on a steep unpaved road which is very unpleasant. The reception staff is not progessional, unresponsive and not interested in the well being of the guests. We asked a day in advance for early breakfast(for which we paid as part of the reservation) because of early checkout. Initially we were told that it's not available and after demanding it, we were promised to get a box. In the morning there was nothing and left without any breakfast.

Great place to stay ! Rooms that have view to the lake are awesome. Good wifi, friendly and professional staff. They even help you plan activities. Within walkable distance from the lake, good amenities and great views.

Nice hothel but not so good service
Tha location is so so, if you have a car it is ok. If not then it is a problem as you will need a taxi for every get away from the hotel. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is ok. The front desk staff service needs impeovement as their atitude is not so welcoming.

Lucking the welcome atitude
Nice hotel but a problematic locarion if you are without a car or planning to walk to town. The down of our stay was the staff service. Very distanced staff and reception personal, without welcoming atitude you would expect from this kind of hotels. So overall it is not worth the money we paid.

The property is VERY roomy in the middle of a forest overlooking the grand lake. Hotel is very clean and fresh, and staff is very polite and helpful. Rolando in the front desk went out of his way to recommend a mechanic that worked on the brakes of our car! Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Pastries are fantastic. The entire campus is of excellent quality and close to great dinning. Highly recommended and will stay again!

Great stay
we had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly eventhough our Spanish is limited. The room had a good size, bed very comfy and all clean. The swimming pool was quite crowded though woth little kids. Breakfast buffet had everything you would expect in this kind of hotel. You‘ll need a car to get to the hotel. It‘s quite a stretch outside pf Bariloche center.

Great hotel, beautiful grounds, lovely views, however long way from town and alternate eateries. Also they double charged us and having trouble getting overcharge payment back

Huinid pioneros
Lovely view of the lake, comfortable room a bit out of town. Good breakfast buffet. A couple challenges communicating with hotel staff ahead of the stay (to arrange airport transfer) but overall no other problems.

brand new, very bad service
The hotel has brand new facilities but main lobby service is terrible. anything we ask for like bottled water, ironing service, room service the only response we got was that the cabañas hotel next door ( from same owners) provides it but "los pioneros" does not. Theres plenty of rooms in better locations, save time and book elsewhere.

Péssima experiência
Apenas 2 pontos positivos: a vista para o lago e o café da manhã. De resto, abaixo de insatisfatório: localização ruim, quarto pequeno e muito quente, sem refrigeração, piso de carpete, check in 16:00 horas ( inexplicável), banheiro que alaga depois do banho, uma pia sem espaço para produtos e objetos. As camas de solteiro que deveriam ser separadas ( para privacidade e conforto quando não se tratar de casal ) são coladas, devido ao tamanho do quarto. Ainda bem q foi apenas uma noite.

Una estancia costosa para lo que recibes.
Las instalaciones originales son buenas y la vista al lago es hermosa, sin embargo, comenzaron una construcción horrible y sin sentido de vigueta y bovedilla que rompe con todo el entorno e impacta en el paisaje. Hace falta mantenimiento, poco personal y en recepción de la mañana son poco amables. Para la oferta de Bariloche, considero que hay mejores opciones costo/beneficio.

Una muy buena opción, a buen precio, para quedarse en Bariloche. Está un poco lejos del Centro, pero con varias opciones de locomoción (remises, taxis, Uber, etc), llegas desde 1500 AR al centro en pocos minutos. La habitación correcta, solo que las de dos personas del cuarto piso son un poco chicas. Pero en líneas generales muy bien.

Hospedaje lejos del centro histórico
El hotel está bastante cómodo, algo alejado del centro turístico y las calles de almacenes. Me parece más adecuado para ir a las montañas a practicar ski. Los taxis y remis son pocos así q a veces demoran en llegar. El desayuno buffet diario es regular, todos los días sirven lo mismo, lo que no me parece adecuado para el precio de cobran por día q no es barato. Solo un día pusieron huevos hervidos para variar. La limpieza promedio diaria es muy regular. Estuvimos hospedados más de una semana por un evento gimnástico y muchas atletas y entrenadores de varios países se enfermaron del estómago. El hotel nunca se hizo responsable de ningún evento. Lo q sí es cierto es q manejan un seguro médico muy económico q llega a atenderte en caso de q sea solicitado. Por lo demás estuvo bastante aceptable la estadía.

O atendimento deixou a desejar, não foi feito a limpeza do quartos todos os dias, por ser status gold tínhamos direito a 1 garrafa de espumante e tb não nos foi dada. O restaurante do hotel é péssimo, comida sem saber e atendimento péssimo.

O serviço de recepção do hotel é insuficiente para atender a demanda de hóspedes. A academia possui equipamentos velhos e defeituosos. O café da manhã é farto, porém apenas básico. O quarto, embora confortável, só possui travesseiros vem altos. O sistema de ar condicionado não funciona e, com a calefação ligada, não conseguimos dormir. Precisamos insistir muito até que um técnico apareceu para desligar toda a calefação do quarto. Mesmo nevando, precisamos deixar o quarto esfriar com porta da varanda e janela abertas por cerca de uma hora para deixar a temperatura do quarto agradável para uma noite de sono.

Em 4 noites 🌙 de 4 pessoas.
Hotel padrão de conforto e limpeza em excelência. 5 estrelas! Na logística o hotel esta a 2 km do centrão e longe dos roteiros turísticos. No hotel vie demanda grande de brasileiros, porém sem funcionários no telefone com influência intermediária para atendimento. O restaurante não muda cardapio, e tão pouco café da manhã.

No me pareció lo que ofrece en fotos, la calefacción anda mal no podes regular los grados. Tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación por el olor a cigarro ya que las habitaciones no están bien aislada. El colchón blando incómodo. Baño chico, la bañera no es para una persona normal de 1,70 quedas apretado. El camino de la entrada está en muy mal estado. Las porciones de las comidas son muy pobres menos el desayuno que si es muy bueno. Éramos 3 parejas en diferentes habitaciones las que pensamos lo mismo.

Hotel pésimo
Hotel de 2 estrellas, Muy descuidado, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, muy calurosas, irrespirable, olor a humedad, entorno horrible, no tenia restaurante y habia que bajar a otro hotel, por un camino horrible, todo era polvo, fotos no dicen realidad.

La gente del Restoran muy amables y serviciales Pero la ubicación y el acceso para ir caminando al centro era pésimo y lejos, el baño olía mal, no tenía aire acondicionado, mucho tráfico de camiones

Excelente atención, muy profesionales y esmerados. El hotel muy cómodo, excelentes desayunos y restaurante. Estuvimos 5 noches y nos tocó lindo clima. El impuesto verde no lo tenía considerado cuando hice la reserva.

Mala estadía en general.
En la habitación no hay aire, no se podía respirar del calor. Frigobar chico y vacío. Piletas climatizadas frías y sin climatización en general, te cobraban el uso de SPA, poco personal en desayuno para reponer nunca había nada, en restaurante de abajo también. No volvería a pagar lo que pagué para el servicio que dieron.
