I read the customer reviews that this place was great, but it was similar to a motel. If that’s what you are looking for, then this place will do fine. I was expecting a hotel in the 3 star range. I could hear all of my neighbors and the construction outside and the rooms themselves weren’t equipped with any amenities. The staff were friendly and the location is great, however.

The hotel is dated. We had to change rooms at there was no hot water (which is a common issue we learned). It could have been cleaner. It’s on the main chocolate street and has a car park for 400 pesos per day.

There was no AC, there were cockroaches in my room and the Wi-Fi was not working inside the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get Wi-Fi. Also all the pipes in the hotel made noise when I turn them on, and the toilet would not flush.

A comfortable room
Very nice Hotel, in a good location. Room had a balcony and there was lockup parking available...but not included in the room rate. Within a short walk of the main square and waterfront. Some good restaurants adjacent.

Stay in the heart of Bariloche...
A really well located hotel with friendly reception staff. You can walk down the pedestrianised Mitre street in the centre directly outside of the hotel. Rooms need a little modernising but still clean and comfortable. Could be noisy if you are there for the Chocolate Festival week! Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Budget hotel in central location
Busy city centre hotel on busy road. Reception was okay but not the most helpful. Breakfast variety was good. No air-con in room. Road noise obtrusive with windows open.

Not well-maintained hotel in downtown Bariloche
This hotel is on the main commercial street in downtown Bariloche. The room had a very old mattress and a very old sofa. Both were uneven and I couldn't keep my body straight. This sofa and mattress are long due for replacement. The room didn't have a trash can. Only the bathroom. Noise levels were an issue. You can clearly hear people's steps from the floor above you, and the constant water running sound from the toilet that never stopped. The safe box was already closed and locked when I arrived in the room. I had to call reception to send someone to unlock it so I could set my pin and use it. The breakfast was good. They have croissants, toasts, butter, jam, juices, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, fruits, etc. The reception didn't have a list of phone numbers to call for a shuttle to the airport. They only had phone numbers of taxis which cost 3 times more.

AC simple doesnt work
We took family to ski. Rooms ok, but AC or whatever system they have could not be control from the room. So we had terrible warm rooms. made it very difficult to handle. Staff just didnt care.

Courteous and helpful staff. All our questions were answered and messages passed on. Wake up calls punctual. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious.

Good central location for shopping. Old hotel.
Stopped 2 days to shop chocolate shops while on vacation. Walking distance to Centro historic buildings. Beautiful view of lake. Very nice b'fast buffet. No air conditioning(didn't need it in early Dec). No WiFi x 5 days per another guest, then VERY SLOW for me. Local shops had WiFi. 2 old computers in Lobby but only 1 working! Renovations in progress. It needs it! Great location and price now. Bus terminal 15 min by remis. Airport closer to 30 min. Safe on 2 main streets to shop but warned to not be out farther after dark.

Booked this as it has parking, which was full. Room OK but had 3 very narrow single beds which were very hard and gave the feeling that you could fall off them. Guests in neighbouring rooms very noisy until late at night when they presumably finally went out clubbing. Location is central.

Beds old, matress with body shape from being old. Furnish not existing, No chair, no table; Closet poorly made and old with cracks and painted by poorly.

The carpet was a little worn a few stains but ciean. The beds were a little narrow about 3ft, but comfortable. The bathroom was clean with hot water 24/7. The room faced the street with a good view, but traffic all night ,ear pluges are a must to sleep for these street facing rooms.No A/C and no window screens, can not leave window open due to bugs. Almost no english spoken by staf,f but we were in their country and got by ok, a little funny at times. would stay again, but not in street faceng room. Stayed At hotel for 3 days.

My wife and I were pleased with our stay at Super Resort Bariloche. The staff was very helpful and provided us with area maps and some suggestions of things to see and do. We even asked for an upgrade for our second night and were accommodated at no additional cost. The breakfast was pretty good also, with pastries from the panaderia across the street. Look, don't expect luxury. The hotel is a little older, but it is clean, comfortable, and safe. You couldn't be more conveniently located to downtown shopping or sightseeing at the cathedral and along the lakeshore. And there's a panaderia right across the street! We would stay here again.

El hotel necesita con urgencia una remodelacion sobretodo en las habitaciones ,se destaca su muy buena ubicación, las camas son buenas,el señor recepcionista de la noche un poco lento para conseguir un taxi media hora y no se pudo toco salir y en menos de 5 minutos lo conseguimos,el desayuno normal
