We couldn't have asked for anything more! We had the perfect hotel for a needed break away. It was always a friendly, clean and comfortable place to return to after our exploring and the swimming pools were fantastic! They clearly want their guests to be happy and relaxed... Thank you Hotel Caesius!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The location was excellent, only 5 mins from the town. The various pools were great and plenty of sun loungers available each day. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with excellent air conditioning. The selection at breakfast time was amazing, and we could have something different each day. Would highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families.
From arrival to departure this is without a doubt one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating and always with a smile. The gardens are beautifully laid out and tended to with plenty of beds and shaded areas. The pool was sparklingly clean and pleasantly warm with new sunbeds with overhead shades. The hotel had a relaxed feel where you were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was glorious in the garden from 7.30 to 10.00 with a fabulous selection of items, from fruits, yoghurts, breads, cakes, meats, jams, eggs, bacon, pastries, juices and many coffees/teas. There was always plenty of room at breakfast and around the pool with no towels on beds. A light lunch was also served for those who required it. Drinks from the bar were very reasonably priced and the option was given to pay at the end of your stay. We paid daily.
I believe the hotel is in the process of renovation. One block has been fully renovated and all the rooms are very modern indeed, these come at an extra cost. We stayed in the block near the pool where the rooms are not yet renovated, although slightly outdated, we preferred these rooms as we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and at a very reasonable cost.

Great hotel in a great position, about 2 minutes and you were in the town. Good restaurant and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant.
The only one minor fault I could find was the area around the pool was a bit tight and could do with more beds, but this did by no means spoil our stay at this lovely hotel.
Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

We can not fault this hotel at all. Our room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, it overlooked the beautiful gardens where we relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. When in the hotel and gardens we were totally unaware that an exciting and vibrant town was on our doorstep. The spa was a luxury treat which we enjoyed on our own! We also made use of the free bike hire, which enabled us to see other towns around the lake. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the receptionist was extremely helpful when we were booking a trip to Venice. The best bit of all was the breakfast! There was so much choice and so beautifully done. Breakfast, did set us up for the day!

Famous for its wine, Bardolino is an elegant little resort with a smart lakeside promenade. The Wine Museum is worth a visit as is the Olive Oil Museum at neighbouring Cisano. Bardolino also boasts two important churches: San Zeno with its landmark campanile dates from the ninth century, while the 12th-century San Severo is notable for its medieval frescoes. There are several beaches around Bardolino.
