“It is ok but not a 4 start hotel”

It is ok but not a 4 start hotel Hotel service was topnotch; all employees were very helpful, professional and polite. That being said, it is not a 4 star hotel. Room wasn't so clean; the air conditioner was not working properly. Avoid rooms facing west, it is impossible to stay in the room during the day even in fall. The hotel rooms lack of regular items like digital clock and iron/ iron board. Although they offer WIFI it is extremely expensive. There is a shopping mall nearby to the hotel. It has a lot of good restaurants. In addition, it has a supermarket where you can get water, soda and goodies.

“Not a 4 star hotel”

Stayed there for 3 nights. Location is great but room and especially bathroom are 3 starts the most.

“Nice stay”

Stayed 2 nights, 9/22-24/11, before our cruise. This property was very clean and in good condition. Check in went quickly and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beach was close by as well as a very large shopping mall. There were numerous cafes close by that we ate at and found them to be most enjoyable. Breakfast buffet at the hotel offered numerous choices. Would stay again when in Barcelona.

“Comfortable hotel in quiet location & 2 mins from excellent metro service”

We were very pleased with this hotel - a very good price for a 4 star and just a few minutes walk from the metro with easy access to the centre of Barcelona. My only grudge was that wifi was not free. Why is it that the more exclusive the hotel the more you have to pay for?? I was able to connect to the internet for free in several cafes & restaurants that I visited, so why can't a 4 star hotel provide the service for free too???

“Great experience !!!”

I liked the hotel very much, value for money it was very good, but they have to supply the rooms with anti- mosquitos machines. It is very important for a pleasant stay.
