Pros: Location, Easy 20 min walk down Las Ramblas to Marcat de Boquera (a must see). as well as other venues. Great staff, good food options
Cons: Hotel bathrooms nicely updated. The Rooms, however have poor lighting and the drapes couuld be refreshed.
Location: Great location to the best shopping in Barcelona. Close to Sagrada Familia (nice view from my room). Also close to Casa Batllo and Mila (La Pedrera)
Fantastic experience. Staff was helpful in every aspect. Helpful with directions, getting tickets to enter Barcelona"s fantastic venues. Fantastic Sunday Brunch and a good breakfast offering in the restaurant. I travel a lot and this was one of the most pleasing hotels overall that I have stayed at.

Lovely hotel close to Gaudi houses

Pros: Its location was on the lovely Passeig de Gracias.
Location: The hotel was close by two Gaudi houses. The Metro is one block away. Shopping and restaurants abound nearby.
The hotel has everything one could wish for - accommodating guest services, good location and lovely rooms.

We booked the hotel for my sister speacial Birthday. Excellent facilities, rooms beds ect a joy , fab nights sleep. The staff provided service with a smile & always happy to help. We definitely intend to return to Barcelona & when we do we shall be staying at The Majestic we felt it was numero Uno!!!

Pros: Location
Location: Close to 2 Gaudi buildings, la rambla and a short walk to explore Catalunya for tours.
We had a fabulous stay at the Majestic in Barcelona. The location was wonderful, close to all the attractions but in a more quiet spot. The roof top terrace had amazing views and should not be missed.

We arrived at the hotel before noon from a cruise and were not happy that we had to wait for our room until after 3 pm. The hotel should take this into consideration and have the rooms ready since check out is 11 am, the room should be vacated by the previous guests. We thought the room was a little tired and could stand an update for the price we paid. Our carpet had stains and the couch was not comfortable to sit on. The service however was great. All the staff had smiles always and called us by name. Location was great.
